Pissed off is a UNDERSTATEMENT , I order French dip on a sour dough baguette specifically for the bread! I get home I open it and this is what I get? Is this some sort of joke? If your out of the bread I ordered why wouldn’t you ask me if I still wanted the sandwich? I’m so disappointed and my dinner is ruined the bread is soggy & I’m so upset. I don’t understand why you people would just throw together a $20 sandwich and send me
Home with it like this? I’ll
Be back tomorrow with it fully in tact recipes in hand & manager on demand, I am extremely UPSET!

Was good except soup bread was old
Stopped by Boudin SF in Vacaville during a busy lunch rush. It was pretty crowded, so the customer service was decent but understandably not very personal. Staff was efficient and kept things moving.
I went mainly for my grandmother and ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl along with a sandwich and fries. The food was fine—what you’d expect from Boudin. The chowder was warm and filling, and the bread bowl was good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The sandwich and fries were okay, but again, nothing memorable.
Overall, it was a solid, average experience. Not bad by any means, but not something that really stood out either. It’s a convenient spot if you’re nearby and want something familiar, especially during a busy day.

I go here once a month. Today I went in for lunch I ordered a half soup and half sandwich. My soup is good but unfortunately, they skimped on the sandwich. It was more like a quarter of a sandwich rather than half barely any meat in there. Very disappointed. I was going to complain to the manager, but he was alrwady busy dealing with another complaint, which is more urgent than mine. Will not return.

Just stopped for a quick lunch - the place is gross and filthy (tables waiting to be bussed, floors slippery and dirty.) And, the bread was stale! Someone needs to get in there and retrain their lackadaisical staff before someone gets seriously ill. Yuck.

We made a pit stop after a long day at the snow and luckily came across Boudin, conveniently located off the freeway. The place was a mess but quiet. Soon after, it became crowded. The food came out several minutes later and was great. The French dip was very flavorful and the portion size was generous. The prices were reasonable.
The thing that stood out the most was that one guy (seemed like a manager) was super attentive and friendly when he served us our order at our table. He patiently accommodated my numerous requests, despite it being a busy evening. I noticed that in between serving orders, he tackled the huge mess left at some other tables. Just wanted to mention how much I appreciated that extra bit of customer service.

I just love the Boudin clam chowder with the chunks of clam and potatoes and I like to do the pick two combo and add half of a sandwich (turkey havarti is my favorite). This is one of the best comfort food options. I have never been to the Vacaville location at the Nut Tree, but glad I stopped in. The team was cheerful and friendly. After delivering our food they came to check in on us and we received a very warm farewell.
I can't wait to come back for another clam chowder.

Clam chowder bowl, half sandwich, soda. Member so I received a free loaf of bread but I chose cinnamon raisin bread so it was $2. Sometimes the one in Stockton are not as friendly. I enjoyed my meal and the service here.

Great Broccoli & Ceddar soup, and so was the Butternut squash soup! Sandwiches were great too. Definitely recommend... the BLTA and the turkey

Went here for the first time. Ordered an apple walnut salad without chicken, the apple was missing from the salad so it was just lettuce and walnuts. The broccoli cheddar soup was so salty it was inedible. Unfortunately I live 20 minutes away and couldn't take it back. Won't go there again.

In the last 6 months I have ordered Boudins at least once a month and EVERY single time they have forgot part of our order. It’s usually the Mission Street fries and desserts they forget. I got the half melt half fries combo and got half a melt (with barely any meat on it) and another half sandwich (that I didn’t order).

Stopped in around 3:30 today for takeout; no one in line, three tables already eating. Ordered 1/2 and 1/2. Butternut soup and turkey cranberry which I was excited for. Soup was very good.
The sandwich, no stars(sorry). No tomato, lettuce; about not even a half of leaf of lettuce which was totally wilted and brown.
The worse, the turkey, there was a few pieces of shredded turkey. No slices, that did not fill a half sandwich. I would have enjoyed it if it was done right but I was so disappointed.
A side-note, no one in line( maybe pickups ) but 20 minute wait was way too long.
