They messed up our order at my job holiday treat dinner and I was so upset how my Store Manager Monique went out her way to treat the crew. I called and General Store Manager Wuan gave the Manager who is a faithful customer the whole meal over and done right. He didn't not complain or be mad he was very polite and nice despite my attitude remained very courteous and professional and I respect that. And also the store manager was very nice as well and put me to the chain of command over her. Thank you BUCKHORNS.

Placed an order for pick up just for them to start my order at the time i requested pick up for then made me wait additional 30 minutes for the order to be done. You could’ve specified that it wasn’t ready yet before i drove to pick it up then the workers had an attitude. this place is already overpriced as is just be nice.

I ordered the Pulled Pork platter. Extremely dissatisfied with the meat. It was dry even after adding the BBQ sauce. Lots of fat not trimmed placed on the plate. My friend ordered the tri tip platter and said it was ok. Service was friendly and excellent.
