Buffalo Wild Wings

We came in and were about 1 of 4 tables seated. First, we weren’t given any kids menus (we have two young children), then it took nearly an hour to get our food. Our appetizer never came and no one even noticed until we requested it not be included in our bill once our entrees arrived. The food that was delivered looked like it had been sitting on the counter for about the amount of time we were waiting. The boneless wings were cold and the sauce had been absorbed into the wings. They blamed the delay on a rush of to go orders. I guess if an online order comes in then if you’re dining in you just go to the back of the priority list? Then it arrived without utensils. We didn't see our server again until the end of the meal, by then most of us had been out of drinks for quite some time. Such a disappointing experience to waste your Friday night meal on old food you spent an hour waiting for. We won’t be back.

They had a $10 fee per person to whoever wants to watch UFC 318. Plus it was only available for bars. Very dissapointed

Wing Tuesday is borderline scam. The promotion only applies at certain number of wings and they don't tell you until the check arrives. Please avoid false advertising.

Bartender during the day, she sets the glass down and lets the beer poor from the spout causing so much turbulence that the beer tastes flat no matter what beer you order. Sad. Maybe she is too weak to hold the glass near the spout to pour it correctly. Whatever the reason, it ruins the taste.

First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised until I used the restroom. Good Lord. It's genuinely disgusting and looks like it has been for a really long time 😬 now I'm quetioning the attention to detail in the kitchen.

We walk in with party of 10 service is cool until they want to charge us 18% so we give the girl with blonde hair that had a half up half down between the time range of 5:30-6 , which i didn’t know it had became a thing just because of having more then 8 people so then i proceed to tell her that i want to get a check and table with 5 people and the other 5 can get there own table and check she continuos my kept saying no because she seen us walk in and that she HAS to charge us 18% which is so dumb . NO OTHER RESTAURANT DOES THIS but buffalo and for the food to be dry and over priced it ain’t work it lol.

Foods great I’m tired of paying extra to make sure I get flats only and not getting flats only when getting take out. Reason I don’t get drumsticks because they’re always dry and what do you know they are dry.

Host sat us at a dirty table. Very little care exhibited when I brought it to his attention. Food was solid, service not so much.

The service was awesome but the wings was awful. My friend had talked to me about this place so I wanted to try but so disappointed.

We went and it took us more than 30 minutes waiting at the table and they did not attend to us or to others who arrived after us and were immediately attended to.
