Consistency, portion size and price. It's no wonder this place is always busy! I love coming in for fish and chips with the BEST BEER BATTERED FRIES BURGERS are all good and huge!

5 clean tables but we waited 15" to get seated. Fish was not as good as usual. Fries were less than lukewarm. Wait staff did not check to see how our food was after we received it so couldn't send the fries back. Usually a 4-5 star on food and service, but today was a let down.

We went to Burger City to have breakfast today March 16th 2024. We saw things you would never see or pay attention to if you sat in the front. The main reason why we're writing this review is because we expressed our concern and it seemed like it didn't help. Let me start from the beginning. We got there and we were seated close to the coffee grinder. One of the servers (the one that wears a right hand brace, they don't have name tags) went to grab a new coffee filter, not without licking her three right fingers to grab the filter and carried it on her right palm (where she has the dirty wrist brace ) to the coffee maker in the front, to start the new coffee pot. After we mentioned it to our server. The server who had licked her hand before came back to grab another filter, looked at us, licked her left fingers this time, grabbed the filter and coffee and went back up front! It felt like she did it deliberately. Also all the servers behind the counter walk back and forth collecting money, cards, handling the register and we never saw them wash their hands afterwards. Also when they clean the tables after a guest they never clean the condiment bottles like the ketchup, salt shaker, pepper shaker... when you handle them they feel either sticky or grimy. Just food for thought.

I have been to this establishment several times. Will not disappoint. Staff and food are excellent. Choice of alcoholic beverages is very good.

Burger was good. Nothing special or haven’t had before just ok. Unfortunately they use frozen patties so knock a star for that. Seems like there’s lots of regulars so you doing get overly friendly staff unless you are a regular.Parking: Parking kinda sucks

It was very crowded here today. There's nothing more American than a cheeseburger. I knew I had to get the Super Godzilla Burger. This isn't your ordinary burger. I didn't think it was going to be big as this. It had some people around at awe, asked what was that, and if I can finish it. I knew it was going to be messy the moment I saw it. They brought out extra napkins, because they knew the procedure. It got double the beef, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, grilled onions, the works, American cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, and Swiss cheese all on a French roll. The sautéed mushrooms is good on its own, but added to a patty really elevates the burger. My favorite cheese is actually Swiss. I think a French roll is amongst the Brioche or Ciabatta buns. I consider this more as an artisanal burger. Cooked medium well. I also don't see a lot of Pineapple Milkshakes out there, it complimented everything well. The only thing was, they asked me if I wanted a drink somewhat too soon. Because when the burger arrived, the frozen cold Milkshake was melting and dripping a bit. Everything about this meal was over the top.

In search for a great Chicken fried Steak, we decided to try Burger City.The service was great (thank you Carmella) and the Chicken fried Steak was "AWESOME"...! The Chef (Jorge), really cares about the food being served out of his kitchen. Great Job Jorge..It was real, not one of the heat & eat varieties found at most Restaurants.I did find the Gravy, lacking in flavor and fairly sweet, not to my liking. The Eggs were perfect and the Potatoes O'Brien were off the hook.The Mimosa's (one Pineapple, one Cranberry) were excellent and they don't skimp on the Champagne, as it was already going to the brain before the plates arrived. They also have a Bar area and I noticed, they have one of my favorite IPA's (Heretic Evil Cousin) on tap.Thank you Burger City.. We will be back.

We had the western bacon burger, Swiss mushrooms burger and fried green beans. Everything was yummy and the green beans were the best I've had. Jill have us great service.

Must have been a bad day. Ribs were too done and dry. The Portuguese sausage didn't even leave any grease on the plate. The Mac-n- cheese was good and the salad was ok also. This was my first time trying this establishment, and I don't know if I will be back.
