The service was excellent—friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, and the tater tots were perfectly crispy. My drink was sweet and refreshing, and the French toast sticks were delicious! The location was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I was in and out quickly, which was a big plus.

My recommendation would be to add some background music 🎶

Big shout-out to the Spanish-speaking crew for their great energy and service! I hope they are being compensated for their bilingual services.

The last 2 time I have been to this location and have to order anything off their menu, the prices do not match. Today I tried ordering a breakfast melt that the menu says is 8.69 before taxes. When they add it to the cart it comes up as 9.49 before taxes, when as asked rhe employees why they were charging more they claim they don't know. They just push the button and it comes up that way. So there solution to this is to just ring me up for hash and the melt, which came out to 8.15 but I got no drink. I finally got my food and went home, only to find out they didn't give me my hash browns. I had to waste more time going back to the store just to get my missing item. Definitely will not be going back to this location

The guero boy completely ignored me but fortunately I called the restaurant and the manager Roberto came out to assist me, very friendly and with a positive attitude. I always come to eat here because of the convenience of the place and the good service they offer, but if that guy goes there twice, he ignores me.

Roberto balanced the drive-through, in-person clients, ordering, prepping meals all while providing bilingual services and with a great and friendly demeanor. Burger King is lucky to have this guy on the team! Thanks Roberto!

Ordered through drive through and specifically asked for no onions and burger cut in half and neither one was done. Drove back to front counter and let them know that and burger patties looked way to overcooked and dry. Guy in back making the burgers was arguing with the manager. Not a pleasant experience. They gave me a new burger and meal at no cost and refunded my money for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this has happened at least 3 times in the same place for me, why the 3 stars.

I don't really write reviews so this really is a first for me. After ordering my food to the drive-thru I was eating my chicken sandwich in my car when I noticed the bread that they use for the sandwich had mold on it typically when this sort of thing happens at a food establishment, they replace the food and offer a refund that wasn't the case here it was one or the other so I just took the refund and left. I will not be eating here again.

Use to be a great place a year or 2 ago. Use to open early including dining room. Now dining room opens at 11, and I can't get no damn breakfast cos they won't let semi truck drivers walk up to the window. And oh!!! Don't bother calling they won't pick up the phone.
