We had steamed oysters, a softshell crab basket, and a #1 combo with clams, mussels, and head-off shrimp. I was shocked at how much seafood was in the #1 combo. Three grown men could easily have left full. I found all the seafood fresh and cooked perfectly--steamed oysters cooked perfectly with a nice spicy sauce. I was also shocked at how reasonable the prices are here for a seafood restaurant. This was the third visit, and we will be back.

My hubby and I love Boiling Crab so we were hesitant about Cajun Crack'n but WOW, we were not disappointed at all. In fact we feel it's better than Boiling Crab. The food was excellent, kids loved their chicken and fries, all off the servers that helped us were awesome and so polite, my beer was ice cold. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone. Oh and prices were also very reasonable.

First time ever going here with my girlfriend. We ordered the fried oyster basket with the Cajun fries. Very fresh and tasty with the perfect batter. We got the combo #2 with Dungeness crab and shrimp and clams, with the house sauce. The seafood was very fresh and tasty and easy to peel. The seasoning had a really tasty flavor but it was a little oily. Service needs improvement. There was only 1 server during the time we went. But the food made up for the service. The place very huge.They can seat big parties. The lighting and the decor are very nice. Definitely recommend going

Didn't feel like cooking and hubby and I wanted to grab a quick bite while watching the LSU vs Iowa game so decided to go where big screens were. When we walked in we were the only 2 in the restaurant besides the workers-which were only 2. We sat at the bar area. The waitress at the bar was very polite and attentive. We ordered fried pickles and shrimp with heads-off, links and corn (0 stars for me for not taking pics). The fried pickles tasted like the oil they were cooked in and we tried the spicy sauce but wasn't big on that either. I didn't really eat much and the shrimp meal was just ok. The things that turned me off and most likely will be my reasons for not returning: 1. One of the workers who was cleaning the tables talked on her phone through her AirPod the entire time we were there. Regardless if you're on a hands free device, there's no way an employee should be allowed to hold a conversation while work. I can understand emergencies but there is no reason I should be able to hear you talking on the phone during my entire meal. 2. Cleanliness- if I would have noticed this prior to entering, I would have turned around and not entered. All restaurants should be required to ensure their windows entering their establishment are cleaned!! There should not be a million dirty looking fingerprints on allllll doors/glass. I didn't notice it going in as I was looking at my phone or something and hubby had opened the door for my entrance. The bathrooms were also dirty. In addition to the overall appearance, Same thing with the fingerprints-smudges all over the door. If you have to worry about if these areas aren't clean how is the kitchen??? ... The owners need to look into doing an overhaul and cleaning this place. Until then I will refrain returning.

Long story short...we will be back. The service here was great! Our waitress came with A+ recommendations and was very attentive to the table. We ordered the steamed oysters and one of the special combos which was the perfect amount of food. I like my meal a little spicer so I ordered the extra sauce on the side which took the meal from ehh to ayyy. The extra comes in a little container you can pour over or dip for more seasoning and sauce with each bite.

I have went to the Cajun Crackin in Concord and the experience was extremely different. I came to this location because it was closer to my family and it was the worse experience ever. It started with our waitress who didn't know anything at all. Everything we asked her, the answers was thatshe does not know or she needs to find out. When the food came out it was OK but then in the midst of us eating, a roach started crawling on my nephew's arm and then on to the table where our food was. As we all got up from the table and were standing around because we were all actually surprised and disgusted, our waitress tried to bring us the bill to pay. #1 our intentions were not to come to the restaurant and not pay. My sister comes to this location often and again I have been the location in Concord and the food is amazing and service is fast so again, we had no problem paying. Initially the manager gave 20% off of the bill for a roach crawling on the table... 20%???? Absolutely not. The manger then told us we couldn't have our food for free. First and foremost we are going to pay but we are not paying full price and there was just a roach crawling on across our table. The mangers and the waitresses there were horrible. Don't go to this location as the service was horrible and an inspector needs to come out and spray that building because that was DISGUSTING!!!!!

For your quick crab boil fix in Vacaville, come to Cajun crack'n. Their portions are huge! We got the specialty sauce, mild and appreciated that the shrimp was nice and plump. They calamari and Cajun curly fries are what and how you would expect and they are served with ranch and cocktail sauce. I love how open the restaurant is and how quickly the food comes out. I asked for some gloves to peel my shrimp because i didn't want to irritate the small cuts on my palms and my eczema. I love how they give you lemon and salt and pepper to make your own dipping sauce. I would definitely come back.

Great service from our girl Day!!!! She was the best!!!! Her vibe was awesome. Attentive and patient!!! Our party of 9 was throwing out so many requests, and she was so sweet and made sure we got what we needed. I like the fact that this location has a private room off to the side for larger parties. Room has TV and they gave us the remote to change the channels to watch. The playlist of songs they play are the jams!!! Easy menu to choose from, nice variety of food and drinks from their bar menu. Prices are decent and the flavors are even better. Huge fan of their House Sauce. Definitely will come back when In the mood for some Cajun seafood

This place looks AMAZING until you get inside. I don’t know if it’s the lighting, the decor, but it don’t work. When we arrived for dinner we were greeted by a young Asian guy, not very pleasant. As we were walking towards our table, there was a straw wrapper on the floor, instead of picking it up he snapped his fingers at a young girl cleaning tables and pointed at it. Wow! Just wow, this kid was to good to contribute and obviously to good to help his coworker. I picked the straw wrapper up myself and handed it to the busser. Once seated we had a bubbly attentive server. She really did a great job the whole meal. No complaints. We ordered about $100 worth of food. Wish we hadn’t. I didn’t know you could mess up crab! It was dry and looked old! The food was really not good. I felt cheated.The staff! OMG, I think they all hated each other. Whoever is setting the mood there SUCKS at it! They didn’t speak to each other. Nobody smiled. They all seemed miserable.Whoever owns this place needs to hire a consultant or something. This place is rough!

The redesign is awesome! The food wasn't anything special but it's a great ambiance. The customer service was ok but we were irritated that the pitcher of beer was less than getting a few pints but more expensive. They wouldn't adjust it so that was a negative in my eyes. We might try it again for one of the combos rather than all fried food.
