Make sure if you’re going to order food you don’t have to use the restroom first because without a purchase you cannot touch the restroom. Even after working all morning stopping in to use the restroom and maybe grab a bite , I don’t appreciate this when I’m a home health nurse, and need to use bathrooms all throughout the day in the field.

The lady who serves breakfast in the morning is very rude and loud. She does not have any customer service. She does give me what I do order for breakfast but is loud and rude. I would fire her if I was her boss. She doesn't know how to talk to people. Also what is up with not being able to use a restroom?

Yup, I went through reviews and said rude employee. She was definitely rude. Ordered two burgers for my kids. They were saying burger is cold. Now they’re both having diarrhea. I wouldn’t go here

I always go to this one for lunch but honestly the entire time I’ve been a customer the lady that takes orders in the drive thru has been extremely rude. She takes orders with such an attitude and when I asked for ketchup for my fries she had an extremely poor attitude while telling me they no longer put it in the bags we have to ask for it. That’s perfectly fine and I did not need the snarky reply. I literally asked for ketchup as I had noticed the last time there was none in my bag so I figured I have to ask. If she doesn’t want to do her job and be nice to people she should find another job besides the service industry. I’ve always been nice to her and thanked her for everything and she’s just rude. She always tries to rush me through my order and it’s almost like she’s trying to just order for you. “Any other ITEM?” She says when I asked to substitute fries for waffle fries. What a joke.

If I could give negative stars I would. I, a senior and my disabled mother went into the restaurant to get food to go. My mother needed to use the bathroom urgently, she has a difficult time with that. I asked for the restroom key and was rudely informed that the restroom was for customers only. There was a sign on the restroom door so I already knew that. I informed her that we will be customers after we use the restroom. Then more rudely was told I needed to buy something first. In the mean time my mom was not able to wait any longer. I informed the rude woman behind the counter that I would not buy food in there again, she stated she didn't care. I understand there is a policy about the bathroom. I don't look like a homeless person, and I had to help my mother walk in. If you are a person that is going to be that rude to senior citizens, disabled persons and potential customers you do not need to be in customer service. I have also sent in a request for someone from the company to conyact me so I can file complaint.

10/23/23 I went in for a quick bite to eat during my lunch break. Diana was working the front counter and had just dealt a rude customer prior to our interaction. She provided me with great customer service and struck up with other customers at tables as she worked. Keep up the excellent job Diana!

On their website, it says that they close at 11 PM I’m here at 10:20 and the drive-through is closed. The lobby is closed so I decided to call Aunt to confirm and I told the woman that on their website it closes at 11 and instead of saying hey, sorry it’s our fault. She popped an attitude became confrontational, and then she hung up in my face for simply asking a question are used to work at Carl’s Jr. and by far this is the worst service that ever experience not to mention when I went to the drive-through most of the employees are literally sitting there in the lobby doing absolutely nothing.

This review is mostly about the food. the lady at the window was very nice, but they didn't get our order right. ok so onto the food. The double western bacon burger i ordered was probably the most disgusting burger i have ever had. I really don't know where they got the bacon from or what they did to it but i didn't even know it was bacon to start with i thought it was a chewy bit of onion, the meat had no flavor and was then drowned in condiments. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD DONT GO HERE.
