Cherry Blossom Ramen & Sushi Bar

Here is a beautiful picture of black garlic ramen, this place is delicious and the staff is super friendly and on point. I'm giving the atmosphere a three-star because the place is very small. Would definitely come back and would recommend to friends.

Nice counter worker but i learned they don't eat the food. Cute place but food was mediocre at best. A ton of noodles no protein.

This is my favorite sushi spot! The salmon sashimi is always incredibly fresh, and the ginger has just the right amount of crispness and spice. The miso soup comes out piping hot every time, and the service is consistently excellent! Kevin is my top choice for service – he’s fantastic!

Why does your front door say your open until 10pm yet we tried to order some sushi To Go (not dine in!) and were denied service! Girl told us kitchen closes at 9:30 well my phone clock said 9:29 ? super sad now. I was excited to find a sushi place still open once off work. I recommend at least posting on your website that kitchen closes before you close or change you hours online

I recently dined here with two adults and two little ones, and our experience was delightful. The server who assisted us was incredibly kind and attentive. I believe the owner noticed that my kids asked for miso soup, and he generously provided it on the house, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I ordered the chirashi, and I was impressed by the generous portions and the beautiful presentation. My partner ordered karaage, two ramens, and three rolls, all of which were prepared to perfection. The karaage, in particular, had a generous portion size, and I would definitely recommend it. However, if you’re dining with kids or anyone who might not enjoy the mayo and katsu sauce on top, I suggest ordering the sauce on the side. My kids weren’t fans of the sauce, but they loved the chicken itself.

We also ordered the spicy edamame, but I didn’t care for it. It was a bit greasy from the sauce that I believe was tossed on after frying. I’ve tried spicy edamame prepared with just garlic, shichimi pepper, and salt, which I prefer, and it might be worth trying a similar recipe if they’re looking to offer a lighter, less greasy option.

Although my chirashi arrived first and the kids’ meals were served separately, it didn’t bother us. However, if you prefer your food to come out in a specific order, it might be a good idea to mention that to the server.

There was a slight miscommunication with our order, and we received a roll we hadn’t asked for. The server was quick to apologize and assured us it wouldn’t be charged. He even allowed us to keep and enjoy the extra roll, which we appreciated.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely give this place another visit!

My first time ordering ramen from here. It was amazing! I got delivery (DoorDash, it was fast)
The broth and goodies were packaged separately in filmed/sealed containers. I appreciate that because it allows you to separate or portion easily.
I got the Black Garlic Ramen. I found the menu/app a little misleading because it shows a lovely bowl with what I took to be egg, veggie, meat, noodles. The menu prompted me to select these items individually and it was unclear to me what was included and what was “extra “. I ordered like the ramen was just broth and noodles, so I added pork, egg, sprouts and crunchy onion. I got all that and there was also corn and green onion. I got everything I wanted and more. The broth was delicious, noodle’s not overcooked, garlic melt in your mouth, eggs great flavor and not rubbery/mealy, veggies crisp. I added my own Furikake and it was awesome!
I had to overcome my initial hesitance about paying $23 for “a bowl of soup” but this ramen was so much more and worth it. The portion will feed me dinner, a lunch and probably another snack. Absolutely delicious and worth it!

My review is based off of the sushi as we did not order ramen so can not judge on that front. We went to eat here looking for a new sushi spot, with a short wait we were seated fairly quickly. We had two rolls each. The good, portions were in line with other restaurants and the fish seemed fresh. The cons, very very inconsistent cuts on our sushi, noticeable visually where some slices were thick/thin or tapered off. The whole presentation of the sushi was very off. Secondly, the rice was not good, I mean this on multiple fronts. The rice was not sticky and would fall off the sushi pieces, it also seemed old based on our experience. Lastly, due to the rice - the roll easily fell apart when we were eating leading to a lack of flavor uniformity per bite. Overall not a good experience with our food, I will say that their staff was really nice and attentive!

Absolutely Amazing service! Went there with my family after a day of six flags and was amazed about everything in that resturant. Service was so great, and the food comes so quickly. Even got free miso soups for the server being late to take our orders. Would Recommend!

One of my top sushi/ramen restaurants in Vacaville. They haven’t been open for too long, but their service is impeccable. There is an option to call or order online for pick up. I was able to dine here multiple times for dinner. The ramen especially the noodles are very good but they do sushi better. Their specialty sushi roles are quite interesting.
