Management is on point services is good. Food was fixed .. ask.. for a cooked burger. The Burger is fire tho. When cook DONE.. NEVER eat med well hamburger meat folks.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Chili’s was bad enough that I feel morally obligated to warn others. Elijah was the definition of “actively uninterested in doing their job.” We waited an absurd amount of time just to be acknowledged, and when he finally showed up, it felt like we were inconveniencing him by existing.
Drinks were forgotten, orders were wrong, and when we tried to point it out, we were met with an eye roll that could’ve powered the restaurant. Food arrived lukewarm, missing items, and long after everyone else at the table had finished eating. Refills? Nonexistent. Checking in? A fantasy
I’ve had better service from self-checkout machines. Chili’s used to be a reliable spot, but this experience made me question why I bothered coming in at all. Save yourself the frustration and hope you don’t get stuck with the same level of service we did.

Chili's Bar &Grill in Vacaville never disappoints the food is always good and the prices are good. I been there twice each time I went the food was good. I ordered the chicken wings which I was surprised on how good they were I would say better than wing stop.

I went to this Chili's yesterday and was faced with a nasty wrath from the servers. My food was not prepared on time- understandably it's a busy resturant, but when asked about my food I was harassed by the employee Madison. The food was pretty good honestly but the workers left a bad impression
