Chili's Bar &Grill in Vacaville never disappoints the food is always good and the prices are good. I been there twice each time I went the food was good. I ordered the chicken wings which I was surprised on how good they were I would say better than wing stop.
Food was good, service was quick for lunch time and wait staff was excellent.

The fourth water cup requested never arrived. Three of our appetizer plates were dirty upon arrival. Nashville Hot Moz (spicy mozzarella breaded sticks fried) was just a tang of spice, and pretty tasty. It was a bit too greasy, grab your napkins!) The Santa Fe burger was juicy, with just a tad of guacamole, buns fresh, crispy good pickles. Fries were fresh and delicious. The ice had an odd taste. It was just at the tail end of the lunch rush, but so I'll give them another...
