Chipotle Mexican Grill

This guy king was beyond kind and the food he made was great. Will definitely be there again! He was a great guy. I hope more people go there to have as good of an experience like I did!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I came to this chipotle location recently and I was STARVING! Hadn’t eaten anything all day so I got myself a big bowl with chicken and extra carnitas. Brought my food home and sat down to eat, when I realize my first bite had a SHARD OF GLASS IN IT!!! I only noticed because I got work done on my tooth earlier that day (not cheap) and the sensitivity from the cold glass hurt my tooth. Not thinking anything of it, I kept chewing my food and bit down a very hard object. I returned to chipotle, obviously furious, and staff humiliated me ! They were giving me weird looks as I was explaining to them what just happened. Not only did they look at me as if I was lying, but they did not even proceed to check their food items for any further hazards in their food. Do not come here if you want a cut up mouth and throat while staff look at you like your crazy.

I was heading home after a long day at work and the service was so refreshing and friendly!! I’m kicking myself for not asking their names but I was helped by two kind young ladies and I have to give them a shout out for helping me end my day on a positive experience!! I will be back again and again thanks to them!!

Had a great experience at Chipotle! We ordered 2 burritos and 2 bowls with chicken — everything tasted absolutely superb! The ingredients were fresh, portions generous, and the flavors were spot on. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the person at the cash counter was especially awesome — super polite and helpful!

Overall, a very good place to enjoy a quick, tasty meal. Highly recommended!

The amount of money I spent and hardly got any meet on our food. It’s ridiculous how they serve.

I ordered a burrito (standard carnitas, rice, lettuce) from here and the burrito was literally 2 INCHES in diameter and 5 INCHES LONG. I INCLUDED PICS with a tape measure. this thing is an absolute joke. I paid 17 dollars for this. Absolutely infuriating. I called the store and since I ordered it through an app they said they couldn't do anything. Never going here ever again. Waste of money.

Edit- it looks like chipotle replied to this review saying to go to their website. I did that. As soon as I mentioned anything about ordering through a food app they said they took no responsibility. So thanks for that.

I totally enjoyed Chipotle burritos. I just get the chicken with the white rice and pinto beans a little tomato and a little bit of corn salsa lettuce sour cream. I was fresh and always tasty.

Great place for a quick bite. I had the honey chicken bowl. The lady forgot to put beansl. I usually like black beans. Before, I could only eat half. They have scaled back on the amount.

The food was great as usual. This location was filthy ! I did not visit during a rush or after a rush but every table in the restaurant was dirty and needed a wipe down . When you spend 50 on dinner for two at Chipotle but can't find a clean seat it's a bit of an issue. The cashier was monotone and bored . The gal who prepared my burrito had a much better attitude. I will definitely skip this location every time .

This is the best tasting chipotle in Vacaville/Fairfield area. Don’t go anywhere else but this one.

Empty place and dirty everywhere.
