Their food is always fresh, and delicious. 4 start for their meat portion and chips sometimes not fresh when go for dinner. Need to cover those chips more, air goes inside make chips not right!

First of all, the service was AMAZING. I came in having had a long work shift and wanted a quick meal. The place was really busy however since they had a lot of people. Nonetheless, the two ladies who attended me, Alexia (and I forgot the other one's name but she had curly hair), were such amazing people! They gave everyone, including me, great attention and served excellent customer service. I was very satisfied by their hospitality and will definitely return in the future. Not to mention how delicious my meal was! I 100% recommend to everyone. And if those 2 ladies are reading this, thank you so much!

Bought 2 kids meals and a burrito, all of them were wrong…. Tried calling to get it fixed and they hung up on me while I was on hold.

We’ve visited this location multiple times and while the food itself is usually fresh and flavorful, the experience has been inconsistent—especially when it comes to service and portion sizes. Whether ordering in person or through delivery apps like DoorDash, we’ve noticed a big difference in how much food is actually packed in, and how attentive the staff is depending on the time of day.

What we liked:
• Convenient location with easy access and parking
• Familiar go-to options like steak bowls, chicken burritos, and fresh toppings
• Quick service when the line is staffed properly

What could improve:
• Inconsistent portions—sometimes generous, other times noticeably lacking
• Staff energy and friendliness vary; some visits feel rushed or inattentive
• App/delivery orders often arrive missing items or packed sloppily

If you’re looking for fast-casual Mexican food in Vacaville or custom burrito bowls in Solano County, Chipotle can still be a reliable choice—but go in knowing that quality and service can vary.
We give it 3 stars and hope to see more consistency.

Really slow service. Was told to wait for meat to be finished and they never called me back. Eventually receieved my food then next day got extremely sick.

Just ordered food through door dash. Open food. Huge long hair right laid on top. Like it was put there. Not mixed with food. Disgusting and food was cold. Don’t order here. Totally gone down hill

Wife ordered to go. Waited forever. Got home..food was cold; burrito bowl of chicken..cheesed had coagulated; lettuce as disgusting; no flavor...what an absolute abomination. No wonder sales are down.

The front of the house staff were friendly, quick, and most of all efficient! I was greatly impressed by their communication and speed and their ability to flow with eachother seamlessly.

The manager is doing a great job leading his team. The only name I got was Aaliyah, but all three people I interacted with did fantastic.

This guy king was beyond kind and the food he made was great. Will definitely be there again! He was a great guy. I hope more people go there to have as good of an experience like I did!
