I had so much hope that this ice cream place would be good, but it was blan the ingredients were not mixed well, I couldn’t even taste the flavor that I wanted. My ice cream did not look like the picture and it was sloppy, I’m very disappointed never will I come back here again.

I made an order at 8:30 am this morning for delivery for a ice cream taco and another ice cream. It was supposed to be delivered at 12:15. I had surgery and can't drive, otherwise I would have picked it up when they opened. At 12:15 I got a message that my order was cancelled. No explanation, just a text that it was cancelled and to call the store. I called the store and was told very rudely and abruptly that the ice cream taco was sold out. I ordered at 8:30! It was only one taco. They obviously didn't make the orders first in first. My fault for thinking they'd honor the orders that were there first! They didn't even try to call me to see if I'd like to replace the taco with a different ice cream. Just the middle finger from them.

The Vacaville store had always been awesome, but on June 11, 2025 I had to go in last minute. The employee Keona was awesome! Gove get a raise!!!

Line was long but moved quickly. The employees don't greet the customer any long and other than asking you to pay do not speak to you after you order. Sadly the atmosphere is declining.

Ice cream makers don’t mix the ingredients well. The ice cream is totally separated from the extra ingredients and definitely don’t taste good. Last three times we have been there, had been a big disappointment bad experience for $50 ice cream. Employees just add the ingredients and wrap them with the ice cream instead of mixing them.
