ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!! This is ridiculous. I've called 5X in a row and it just cycles around back to the main menu after ringing a few dozen times. Nobody picks up!!!

Hmm....Costco Christmas Trees. First let me say that our Vacaville, Ca Costco warehouse has been a great place for our family to shop. No complaints there. Christmas Tree this year, on the other hand, was so very disappointing. The low price of $45 was not worth it! We bought our tree 1 week after Thanksgiving and immediately placed it in water when getting it home. I ignored all the needles that had dropped out of it thinking they were just loose from being cut down, tied up and stuffed together with other trees. Unfortunately, with Christmas just a few days away, the needles have continued to fall off and it's completely dried out. Was hoping to keep it beyond Christmas Day into the new year. We will not be purchasing our tree through Costco again. Money back would be great!

Esmeralda has terrible customer service as well as a terrible attitude! It's sad to pay for a membership yearly & deal with this type of behavior! Costco should do better

What can you say, it's Costco! Life is good at Costco. I've lived in Queen Creek for almost 25 years now, and the Costco here locally is an outstanding one to visit! Even when the lines are long, which we know they all get that way at Costco, they move relatively quick. This particular store has 32 gas pump stations! And plenty of room to get to one of the two middle pumps, if need be. As far as Costco goes, this is one of the best in The East Valley!

As a self-proclaimed Costco fanboy, I've always had an unwavering love for everything this wholesale giant has to offer. The incredible deals, quality products, and exceptional service in their stores have always made me a loyal customer. However, my recent encounters at the Costco food court have left me in a state of profound disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my experience.Let's get one thing straight - the food at the Costco food court is delicious, and that's not what I'm here to critique. What's disheartening is the system they have in place for ordering and the attitude of the staff. Unlike the smiles and helpfulness I've come to expect from Costco employees in the rest of the store, the food court staff seem to have a knack for radiating negativity. Each interaction with them has been marked by an atrocious attitude, as though customer service is an alien concept to them. It's perplexing and saddening because Costco is known for its customer-centric approach, but the food court doesn't seem to adhere to this standard. You'd think that a simple food order should be a straightforward process, but it's quite the opposite here. If you're not well-versed in the peculiarities of the food court's system, the staff seem to look at you like you're from another planet. It's frustrating to be met with judgment rather than assistance when you're trying to place an order. And don't even get me started on calling ahead to order. The phone rings endlessly, sometimes as much as twenty times before someone answers. When they finally do, you're met with the same unfriendly demeanor. And let's not forget the names; they somehow always manage to get them wrong or misplace your order. It's a bit perplexing how such a reputable company allows such a disorganized approach in one of its operations. What the food court needs is a better system, plain and simple. There should be designated staff members to answer the phone and manage orders, leaving the counter staff to focus on the customers who are right in front of them. Currently, it feels like everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off, creating an air of chaos and confusion that's simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to see the food court staff treat club members this way, especially when the rest of Costco's employees are the epitome of excellent customer service. As a devoted Costco fan, I hope that my feedback can contribute to positive changes. This is not a place that should tarnish the reputation of such a beloved brand. I believe that Costco can do better, and I look forward to experiencing a more pleasant food court in the future.

Lots of stuff, prices are good, but you get big loads on food items. It would be great if you were sharing with a few friends.

Packed up the family for a trip to Vacaville Costco. Arrived and unloaded, when I noticed the stroller tires looked a little low. Minor inconvenience, NBD. Pushed past the entrance and to the service department/tire center where we encountered Mike. He inflated the tires to specifications and did so with a smile. Thank you Mike, for going above and beyond and for making our ride a whole lot smoother.

Costco has always been my favorite but this last trip wasn't the best. Our cashier must of had a bad day (Enrico) he threw all of our stuff (avocados/chips) and seemed to be upset . I spend a lot of money here all the time to be treated in that way it didn't feel right! It's COSTCO! It's not even closing time I left before 8 pm and it closes at 8:30 on a Tuesday night...
