El Pollo Loco never disappoints. The chicken is always juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled, and you can really taste the freshness in their food. This place SUCKS. I had a terrible experience with one of the employees I've talked to in the lobby, Waited patiently for them to help me so I went to the lobby cause of an interview that day I had it on. So I've waited for an hour and still nothing No one came up to me or helped me at all! Was wondering what was going on so I had to go back to the cashier and this other lady that I talked to said that the manager wasn't there and that she was the manager, Explained to her that one of the other lady there before that I've talked to. said that the manager was going to get to me soon so waited and nothing, Turns out the manager told me she never had anyone know that I came over for that interview and that supposedly she was going to get right to me then had to wait another 5mins. But my question is shouldn't u know since u were the manager? Why didn't that other lady let u know that I was there what was the problem? wasted time for no reason when I had other things to do and you're coming up with no one told u about me being there which I scheduled that interview online. The service is so bad and unprofessional,irresponsible,and inattentive to the customers. Never had this problem with any other restaurant other restaurants would help out way better than this place. Never have I been to a terrible service like this place. Doesn't deserve a rating from me maybe give it 0 stars Never coming back or inviting anyone here ever again. Other restaurants do a better job than this place

In an era of decreased quality and increased prices I am so happy to leave this review. I have NEVER gotten food from a fast food restaurant which looked exactly like the menu photo until now! Food was beautifully made. Ordered 3 fire grilled combos. Delish. Woman at the window was accurate, efficient, polite and welcoming. 10/10 highly recommended this location (Vacaville, CA E Monte Vista). As a busy mom it’s refreshing to find a place who still cares about service and quality when on the go.
I'm surprised why El Pollo Loco is not more popular because the chicken is delicious. I've been going to various El Pollo Loco and occasionally I'd have cravings for it. I came to this particular one at Nut Tree because it's was the closest one near the freeway while driving back from Oregon. The drive thru was very efficient and the servers there are friendly and patient. The chicken is very tender and juicy. I just wish there are options to order smaller number of chicken pieces without sides. The kids meal is probably the best deal on the menu if you want a quick bite.
