First time going through the take out line. Waited for my turn. Employees look at me ask to help next person, I try to start my order and he ignores me helps the lady behind me making me and my son stand there while he helped and rung her up then looks at me because still next. Then comes to help me. After he even made the next persons ice cream and rang them up instead of finishing ringing me up. No smile, no friendliness, and No Tip for skipping me.

Love the Ice Cream but they really gotta control Overly Excited customers who are grown adults coming in like kids at a Chucky Cheese! I couldn't even order, focus, nor take my time in choosing my desired flavors due to the rude behavior of these grown goofy folks coming in and ruining the moment. The young Gen Z kid seemed to be fighting demons of his own and seemed annoyed. Next time I come back and it happens again with no corrections being done with some sort of sign display..I'll do it my way!

Fenton's is always easy going and provides a relaxed atmosphere. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors which is why we always go. Most of the ice cream we have is always cream and tends to hit the sport. They provide very large servings, each of the photos shared is a single scoop. I wanted to stop by to get my family ice cream while on a road trip through the state and the woman working the counter “Q” was giving attitude the whole time we were served. Apparently they have a seasonal section (which is not labelled at all) and the basic flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry are all kept in another area of the store. It was my first (and last) time at this store, so I don’t know how they expect customers to know all of this beforehand and then have the audacity to give attitude when we are confused. Ice cream was alright, but the service alone is the reason I will not return. Also, almost $50 for plain ice cream is ridiculous!!

We came here for a dinner, and we were all happy with our meals. We needed somewhere quick and this place was good in that respect. It was clean, efficient, and the service was very friendly. We didn't try the ice cream but we'll come back sometime and try that in the future!

Excellent food and ice cream. Expect a wait on the weekends, unless you have a reservation. Yes, they take reservations. The small sundae is more than enough for even the most voracious. They also have a to go counter for a quicker visit, complete with jars of their chocolate, caramel, and marshmallow sauce. Will definitely be back.

Delicious ice cream, epic sundaes. Can't beat the quality, flavor or richness of their ice cream. And their hot fudge is the best. This location is a great stop traveling between lake Tahoe or Sacramento on your way to the San Francisco Bay area. And is much less crowded than the Fenton's in Oakland. Nice children's play area just outside their door in the Nut Tree mall as well.

My flat little patty melt burger I ordered was mediocre at best. Dang! The other two people in our group were happy with their food and really enjoyed it. My milkshake was excellent. Everyone loved their ice cream 🍦. Staff was attentive and friendly. I wish they would branch out to eastern 🇺🇸 USA. Recommended eatery. PS: Bring extra cash 💸 for the expensive ice cream.
