If you’re going to charge me almost $15 for a medium sandwich, make it right! The sandwich was dripping with mayo. No one needs that much mayo. It was almost inedible. Please train your employees better.

We unintentionally came in right before closing, trying to use the T-Mobile Tuesday promo. One of had some trouble ordering through the app. The staff was extremely patient with us and went ahead and made the subs while we were still fiddling with the app. A+ on the service and friendliness.

Firehouse never fails on a great sandwich folks!Ordered a Club (turkey/virginia ham/bacon) on toasted wheat. We sub honey mustard instead of ranch dressing on it. Delicious! Very reasonable price for Combo meal too (chips & drink).

Ordered two sandwich platters and they did not disappoint!The bread was so fresh and each sandwich had plenty of meat, lettuce and tomato.One Standard Platter and one Deluxe was more than enough for 25 people!Included were pickles and the condiments. The vinaigrette was outstanding. We will definitely order again.Thank you, Jose

I'm a fan of Firehouse Subs! Have visited three times and have not been disappointed. First visit I tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub and was pleased with the flavor. Second time tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch which was delicious. Today ordered The Engineer & my only regret is that I ordered a small! I'm hooked! Going to make my way thru the menu, everytime I pass through Vacaville!

I love Firehouse Subs but I came to the one in Vacaville and the staff cut my wife's and my medium sandwich and such a diagonal angle that it was awkward to eat and both sandwiches were 60% sauce and very little meat and veggies. I've seen the manager here and he looks like a good man with a passion for this location and business but those sandwiches were not firehouse quality at all, to be honest subway would have made a better sandwich at that time.

So, this was my first time at a Firehouse Subs and I gotta say, so far I'm not impressed, BUT, I will try it again (as I have $13 left on my gift card) and reevaluate down the line ordering something different. I said it was my first time at FS and the guy was nice and gave me the FS rundown.The place was clean, staff was nice, bathroom was spotless, BUT (cue record scratch) the sub was just not that appealing, something about it just seemed off, like a bad note in a song, the song is still good, but ya just can't stop thinking about that bad note.Like I said, I will be back, probably the Curtis Park location in Sacramento and try it one more time before cementing an opinion.Oh ya, I forgot to mention that I chose a sandwich shop over the couple of delicious neighboring burger joints as I wanted to not only eat fresh, but eat less calories. I was surprised to find that every sandwich was North of 1000 caleries. I mentioned that to the helper and basically didn't have an answer for that other than saying I could create my own sub to accommodate. I just found it odd there was no low calorie option on the menu. That's it, sorry for the length ;-)

So so. We end up eating here often because of proximity to work. About half the time the sandwich is soggy. If I was the only one choosing Id go somewhere else. The servings are large and I think thats why some people choose it.

I would dhoe you s pic but it's all gone! Haven't been here in over a year or longer. Didn't realize the bread was so sweet...could be me could be sweet idk. It was delicious and I was stuffed with a medium.
