We stopped in on our way to Oakland to see OMD in concert.
Fast and friendly service. The place was clean and organized.

I know it is expensive but it is well worth the $$$$.

Ordered to go on the phone did not expect the bad customer service when i came in should have had my food bagged and ready but had me waitin while they talked and all that was left to do with my order was bag it will not be back.

5 Guys is a decent burger overshadowed by an astronomical price. They used to be known for their huge amounts of fries, with extra in the bottom of the bag. They no longer do that. It's just a scoop of fries in a drink cup. I'm guessing just a bit more by weight than a large fry from Chick Fil A, but worse quality.

It's just... Meh. And at $50 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a single serving of fries, it can't warrant above a single star for the highway robbery that they're committing with their prices. Go to In n Out or make a burger at home, it's more worth your time.

One thing about Five Guys is that the customer service is always top notch, the food is always on point plus the wait is not long at all even when they are really busy, yes this place is on the pricey side but it’s still worth it.

Been coming to this location on and off since it opened. Very happy with the service today. Customers greeted as they walked in, given regards as they walked out. Store was kept clean and tidy. Burger was beautifully crafted. And I know they're known for giving plenty of fries but today they gave plenty and then some more. Good team they have working right now. Mon, Sept 9th @ 14:30.

It is my favorite chain "fast food" burger and fries. It's amazing bit pricier for a burger.
My next favorite chain 6 "Habit", which is much more reasonably priced.
