Ordered bacon burger, and fries. I hate American cheese. Bacon burger does not come with that, which is why I choose it. I ordered via Door dash. It has cheese. Now I have to go out anyway to get dinner. Fries were soggy and under seasoned as well.This happens frequently. I don't know what crew they had on tonight, but they aren't paying attention.

We love five guys! It never disappoints! The burgers are always cooked fresh and fast. All the staff are incredible but Chris has been especially helpful. The first time we were there we had a lot of questions but he answered them all with ease. We love the staff here. I especially love the grilled cheese with an extra patty. The buns are inverted and extra toasted.
Need to work on their staffing, order processing and overall customer experience. Staff was terrible tonight 11/19/23 @7:15PM… slow, sloppy and no intent to deliver quality food.

My first time at this location. Nice staff but they cannot cook burgers. Both Patty's burnt and dry. Hardly any fries. I've eaten at many 5 guys around the country and they are usually great with overflowing fries. Almost broke a tooth at this one, hard black pieces of nasty burger like they don't scrape the grill often. These people need training bad. Will never go back to this location.

The service here is INCREDIBLE! They are so friendly, I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant experience before at a Five Guys. They said goodbye as I left, had a huge smile as we ordered and just watching them interact with other guests and each other was great! 10.14 staff at around 2:30 pm are ROCKSTARS!
Food was expensive 6 people working and still didn't make the burger right. Had plenty of time to hang out and enjoy each other's company....the 6 associates.

Their burgers are always really good! They have a great selection of toppings and the Cajun fries are tasty ! The burger prices are a little expensive, but I guess all the toppings you can get makes up for it !

The Burger challenge was today! In-n-Out VS 5 Guys. My Stepson has been asking me infor 6 months now. Have you tried 5 Guys? I said no. But today's the Day. Both Burgers were good fresh and tasty.
