I love how they remember my grandparents and the server are super nice to them....but wen I watch the guy make my rolls and never change his gloves I felt like maybe he missed the part were I said im allergic to shrimp...I took it back to the table and told the server he took it away but never came back with the new plate and still charged my grandparents for only eating one ounce of rice are u serious

Busy and a little confusing at first. Food was good, and service was good. You do have to be a little aggressive to get attention, just because it's so busy. Make a reservation and show up on time.

I wanted to share my disappointing experience at this restaurant. (Don’t go if you care about quality food or service).

Despite asking multiple times, the staff refused to let me speak to a manager, claiming they didn't know their name or number. The service was slow and inattentive, and after I waited 20 minutes for one plate of sushi, it was served on a chipped plate that almost cut my finger. The sushi was also not as advertised, and I was charged for sushi my girlfriend didn't order (she only ate pot stickers). No one let me know before hand that we would be charged for that.

The final straw was when I asked to speak to a manager, and the person at the front desk was not willing to let me speak to the manager offered a $12.75 discount instead. When I called later, a person named Lawrence pretended to be the manager, but when I called him out on it, he hung up on me. Earlier, a staff member named Karen also misled me about management availability.

I'm writing this review because I wanted the management to know about the poor service and treatment I received. The waitress was the only pleasant person, and I left her a tip, but the rest of the staff need training on customer service. If you're the manager, please address these issues and train your staff to be kinder and more responsive to customers.

70 dollars for two people is wild!! Also, what is up with waiters giving customers the check 30 minutes in? Let people eat. It’s as if they’re trying to make people uncomfortable so they can hurry up and leave. Lastly, the ordering system isn’t efficient. Having to get up and go order and wait by the crowd of others who are ordering is so inconvenient. People cut in front of you etc. not a good vibe.

Not bad for all you can eat sushi in the area, gets pretty busy on the weekends. There are a lot of options from different types of sashimi and rolls, but there can be a wait depending on how busy they are. They are accommodating to large groups, and their flexible pricing for children is nice. Overall recommend and this is a place we enjoy coming back to for sushi in Vacaville.

Got some fried chickens for the kids and it was really bland. Sashimi and Rolls are decent, not too bad but not super good either, decent amount of choice for a buffet. I like their handrolls better.
What would be great is to have plates so sharing rolls will be easier. Staff is nice and helpful. It is a fairly clean restaurant

Me and my wife came to eat here last night and we are sad to say that Fujis food service and hemisphere have gone way downhill. We will probably not be here recommending this place and into our family or friends.
