The staff was on it! My glass of water was never empty. The food was fresh and ready for me to pick up. The selections of ready food was adequate and the sushi chef at the counter greeted me and offered his service. The only reason my ratings aren't better is I have an ayce sushi place I love at comparable value. When I am nearby I will choose fujis over any nearby choices though.

Conveyor belt of sushi non stop selections to pick from. Seating time is 90 minutes max. You can also order sushi rolls or sashimi or nigiri if you don't see them on the conveyer. Many varieties of sushi rolls are also made for anyone to take when they place them on display. If you sit at a table, you can still walk over to the conveyer and select your food. Crowded on weekends. Make sure you make a reservation. Staff has always been kind to us in Vacaville. Have not tried...

Second time I been here. This time is not good today (7/7/24) the food is bad. Especially the jar of pickle gingers which looks dried and old, then the Wasabi next to it which either discolored or old paste sitting there. I sat right next to kitchen entrance. The bad is the salmon sashimi, couple peices tastes like smoked salmon mixed with fresh one. Overall the selection is better than the Elk Grove location but definitely not the taste.
