The drinks were decent and the waffle tasty but the wait times are ridiculous. I've been here twice and even with just a few people in line, it's taken 30+ minutes to get our drinks.

Drinks are ok. Makes it worse they charge you extra for boba and then get all the way home and they don’t even put it in the drink. Be sure to check for what you pay for before you leave. This place is making extra money off people.

We came in on a Sunday evening. We ordered in store. It took over an hour from the time we walked in until we got our order. The people working were nice, but seemed very unprepared and did not know how to handle the influx in orders or mistakes. I waited 40 minutes to get a waffle and a drink. When my order number was called, the waffle was super cold because they let it sit out too long waiting for the drink order to pair with it. I raised this with the team and they said I could wait 20 minutes for another one. I had to ask for my money back, which took another 10+ minutes and two team members. They seemed very unprepared and shied away from providing customer service because they knew people were upset.
My experiences here have been way too inconsistent. I don’t think I would come back.

The drinks are very good and the people nice. However, I would never bring my kids there when there’s always music playing with foul language or very inappropriate tv. Please make it at least kid friendly.

They offer mobile orders. But if you try to place an order while there is a line with one cashier, good luck! I tried that. They have to accept the order first before your drinks go thru. Might as well stay in the line. Also, Make sure you go up and tell them your order number because I don't think they call mobile orders out. I was waiting there for 2 minutes and I noticed they put their drink away from mobile orders while I was in there
No line on Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly and good. Drinks were fast, had to wait for waffle to cook. Original Waffle was good, even without sauce; subtle sweetness.D6 Ube Milk Tea with Taro Puff Cream with Boba was OK, slight lavender taste needs getting used to.D5 Boba Milk Tea with Puff Cream was good but unmixed Puff Cream taste needs getting used to.D10 Mango Orange Milk Tea was my favorite, but it has orange rinds, which I like but some may not.
Parking: Strip mall type, plenty of parking.
