20 minutes later....I go here specifically for the bubble waffle. The drinks are ok. But man, the wait is always soooooo long. And there is literally no line. They are very focused on their mobile order and not on the customers inside.

Original Waffle was good, even without sauce; subtle sweetness.D6 Ube Milk Tea with Taro Puff Cream with Boba was OK, slight lavender taste needs getting used to.D5 Boba Milk Tea with Puff Cream was good but unmixed Puff Cream taste needs getting used to.D10 Mango Orange Milk Tea was my favorite, but it has orange rinds, which I like but some may not.Parking: Strip mall type, plenty of parking.

Tried Happy Lemon in Vacaville- First time in my hometown , I've tried it in Concord (been awhile), we went before closing- wasn't busy- also the weather, it has been raining. I tried the Ube Milk Tea with Taro Puff Cream and Boba- I would get this again- you can also adjust the sweetness and Ice level.My hubby got the Matcha Latte with Tiramisu Salted Cheese. We didn't have any expectations, but we loved it! Salted Cheese gives the Boba a good mix with Salty and Sweet- 10/10- We will be back!

I do the SF-Tahoe drive quite a bit for work, and this is one of my ritualistic refuel spots during the drive. Good boba and bubble waffle, but they've always delivered exceptional crema (salted cheese) teas, which is my go-to these days for lower calories as part of my middle-aged-dude-with-slower-metabolism package.Can't really go wrong with 'em. Efficient service, chill seating area too if your a teen who wants an afternoon hangout.

They offer mobile orders. But if you try to place an order while there is a line with one cashier, good luck! I tried that. They have to accept the order first before your drinks go thru. Might as well stay in the line. Also, Make sure you go up and tell them your order number because I don't think they call mobile orders out. I was waiting there for 2 minutes and I noticed they put their drink away from mobile orders while I was in there

I've come here a few times already, the associates are always really friendly and quick. The drinks/food are unique and taste really good! Today I got a Chocolate Smoothie Tiramisu, Salted Cheese, and added boba for .75 cents. Altogether it was $8.56
I've always really liked Happy Lemon and their salted cheese drinks, but man...I have never visited a Happy Lemon store that is so hot inside that it feels like you can't even breathe. The employees are always working hard, but I feel so bad for them as they're doing so in an establishment with no AC in the city of Vacaville, which gets upwards of 95 degrees during the summer time :(. Do you know how hot it gets inside due to this?! Crazy!I'd love to enjoy my drink but it's hard to when I see the employees absolutely sweating and struggling of, what it looks to be, terrible heat exhaustion. The indoor temperature of the store is definitely violating some workplace health codes in many aspects for workers and customers. Happy Lemon Vacaville, CA...PLEASE fix your AC for the well-being of your customers, but more importantly your hard-working staff! It is waaayyy too hot in Vacaville to not turn on the AC to save a couple bucks operating your store. This is a quick way to get your chain store reported by unhappy employees/customers and closed down. "When life gives you lemons ...fix your AC!"

First off the staff here is great and the drinks are great, but man the problem with the AC is absolutely insane. The AC has been broken or according to the staff "it's actually on, but it doesn't work well." The working conditions here are so bad. I feel bad for the workers as they sweat away all day as it's literally 100 degrees inside the store. I've seen people walk in and immediately out not wanting to deal with the heat inside (it's literally hard to breath). Management has put fans inside but it's just pushing hot air around. This can't be healthy and should be fixed ASAP. You'd get more comfortable workers and customers do the right thing.

I love this place! The atmosphere is super cute, with lemons playing instruments on the wall, and smiling lemons on the cup tops. The workers are always friendly and helpful; I had some questions about low sugar options and they showed me how you can customize the sugar level and ice level for each drink. The lemon slushy is delicious, but my favorite was the mango passion fruit tea. I highly recommend this cafe!
The bubble waffle with Taro puff cream is a must try! And their boba tea is great too!!
