The food here was great! The breakfast burrito was very tasty and the Salsa complimented it very well. My mother got the Chilequilles with over medium eggs and she was extremely pleased with what came. The coffee was also extremely delicious, and the staff were very friendly!

First time here but definitely not the last! Nostalgic/historic decor nestled in fiendish l downtown Vacaville. Heritage House will be in rotation for breakfast/brunch moving forward. I had the brie and jam sandwich and added an over medium egg ????? SO GOOD! Hubby had the croissant sandwich and a side of French toast. We shared aPOG mimosa and left happy and full!

Service was good. I had the avocado toast and the biscuits and gravy. The toast was too soft. I did not prefer the scrambled eggs over the top of the toast. Pico de gallo on the avocado toast didn't belong either. The dish was not executed well. I didn't finish it. I went there for the B's & G's. The gravy was only ok. Tasted like they added sausage some sort of packet mix. It did not taste homemade or house made. Biscuits were flavorful, soft, and fluffy. Overall, ok. Was not impressed.

It’s not hard to figure out why this cafe is so popular among the locals when you dine there. The food was delicious and the service was superb. Please plan accordingly because the restaurant is always busy.

Great cafe located in downtown Vacaville! Upon arriving, there is a stand to write your name on. They come out and get you as your table is ready. The food is great! I highly recommend blueberry pancakes, blueberry french toast, or a breakfast sandwich. Their hash browns are fabulous, get a side of those even with pancakes! Their mimosas are great with lots of options! The service is quick, consistent, and no complaints what so ever!
Parking: Parking can be difficult during lunch hour. It’s all street parking, which is difficult mid day. But there are free lots within a short walk.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will find something and enjoy it.

Affordable and very flavorful! The downside is the wait time.
Parking: There are parking meters near the restaurant but may be very packed depending on what time of the day you go. Free parking is a few minutes away but not too bad if it's not at night or walking alone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs will have a difficult time eating inside but outside may be a bit more accessible

Lovely little place with lots of history. Very good food and friendly staff. Can get very busy and is a bit small inside.

Walked into this establishment with my beautiful kids, feeling like we weren't welcomed. Didn't know we were being served by the owner until the end. Her other workers had better customer service skills than she did. I asked for her opinion on 2 different meals as it was our first time visiting there. She suggested the sweet potato hash, and it came oily and really spicy. I asked her to switch the order for something else. She got mad saying it cost her money to make the food and all. I just needed her to either remake it or ask me for something else. She didn't care. Like she didn't care about us being there. We were seated before 2 other families, and she skipped us and took the other tables' orders before us. I was not happy but kept my mouth shut. Went to pay for our food, I asked her to remove the food cause I didn't eat it. She says, "Well, now we are going to have a problem." I said," Excuse me, are you threatening me? What problem do we have? I asked for the manager, and that's when I was told she was the owner. I was done. I said I won't be coming back here... She clearly has a temper and throwing one in her restaurant. All because of $14...shame. She said she would appreciate it if I didn't come back. I see how certain people are treated at these small places... what stopped her from removing the item? I was going to tip you anyway. The gesture of taking the item away and apologizing for the amount of spice in the food and the oil your chef made could save you a whole drama of $14. Being kind and good customer service goes a long way. You don't pick and choose whom you're nice to. You never know where you meet them tomorrow! Good luck with your business.
