We ate here for the first time today. The food was very good. The service was excellent. We didn't have to wait long to get in. The prices were reasonable.

A MUST HAVE!! 11/10 amazing food!!
I ordered the Corn beef breakfast
And my fiancé ordered the biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs! We also got the loaded grits with an Irish Coffee!! And let me tell you! The food was absolutely delicious!!! We attended Saturday morning after work! There was a small crowd in front but we put our name on the list and was seated within 30 mins !
I must say the atmosphere was pleasant and i enjoyed the plates and cups used, instead of the same generic dinnerware. All the plates and cups were different and of variety which made it feel like a home away from home! Plus service was amazing and the ladies working were extremely friendly!

Cozy, Hometown Café with Great Breakfast and Friendly Service

Heritage House is one of those classic local gems that makes Vacaville feel like home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and exactly what you want from a breakfast spot — cozy booths, friendly servers, and the smell of coffee and pancakes in the air.

The food is always comforting and satisfying. The portions are generous, everything tastes homemade, and it comes out hot and fresh. I’ve had their omelets, pancakes, and country potatoes — all delicious. It’s hearty comfort food done right.

Even when it’s busy (which it often is on weekends), the staff stays upbeat and attentive. They always make you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.

If you’re looking for a laid-back breakfast or brunch spot with great service, good coffee, and that small-town charm, Heritage House is the place to go.

I don't know really where to begin...Went here as it was close to shopping we were doing in Vacaville and highly rated. The wait was a little over fifteen minutes and there was a lot of people at around 11 A.M. on a Saturday. The menu was innovative. The flavor is just spectacular.I ended up getting a Fiesta Omelet which was half the size of the plate. Such great flavor I really hated adding a little bit of hot sauce. My wife had the Belgium waffles which were absolute heaven. Good thing we don't live in Vacaville, as this place is dangerous 😉. Will definitely be back.

Great food! On busy days (weekend mornings) the service is pretty bad, but keep in mind they are absolutely swamped. Maybe they need more staff on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. The owner is a hoot. Will definitely return as this was my first time coming to HH. It has the quintessential family environment.

My wife & I drove two hours to meet my sister Julie and brother-in-law Bruce for breakfast Sunday. I had the Full English and she had Ruben Sandwich, my sister had the 3 dollar size pancakes & bacon Bruce had grits bacon and sausage. The food was delicious! We never had so much fun. It felt like we were having a meal at a friend's house. The service was simply the best! I would go back just to chat with her again. She is such a treasure you really should add it to the top of your list!

Went on a Saturday morning and had about a 20 min wait. Cozy vibe with lots of historic decor.

California omelet was solid. Hash browns were not crispy enough for my liking, and sourdough was not sour enough. French toast was amazing and would recommend!

Service was great. They were friendly, quick, and they kept our coffee full. Prices were average.

Parking was tricky near the restaurant, but there are free lots nearby that are a short walk away.

Would come back just for the French toast!

We came on the labor day weekend. The food was great and the service once being seated was amazing! I ordered the omelet with hash-browns and fruit. My sister ordered eggs, bacon and fruit. The coffee was great!
