The food here was great! The breakfast burrito was very tasty and the Salsa complimented it very well. My mother got the Chilequilles with over medium eggs and she was extremely pleased with what came. The coffee was also extremely delicious, and the staff were very friendly!
First time here but definitely not the last! Nostalgic/historic decor nestled in fiendish l downtown Vacaville. Heritage House will be in rotation for breakfast/brunch moving forward. I had the brie and jam sandwich and added an over medium egg ????? SO GOOD! Hubby had the croissant sandwich and a side of French toast. We shared aPOG mimosa and left happy and full!
Service was good. I had the avocado toast and the biscuits and gravy. The toast was too soft. I did not prefer the scrambled eggs over the top of the toast. Pico de gallo on the avocado toast didn't belong either. The dish was not executed well. I didn't finish it. I went there for the B's & G's. The gravy was only ok. Tasted like they added sausage some sort of packet mix. It did not taste homemade or house made. Biscuits were flavorful, soft, and fluffy....
