I don't know really where to begin...Went here as it was close to shopping we were doing in Vacaville and highly rated. The wait was a little over fifteen minutes and there was a lot of people at around 11 A.M. on a Saturday. The menu was innovative.The flavor is just spectacular.I ended up getting a Fiesta Omelet which was half the size of the plate. Such great flavor I really hated adding a little bit of hot sauce. My wife had the Belgium waffles which were absolute heaven....

I ordered the Corn beef breakfast
And my fiancé ordered the biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs! We also got the loaded grits with an Irish Coffee!! And let me tell you! The food was absolutely delicious!!! We attended Saturday morning after work! There was a small crowd in front but we put our name on the list and was seated within 30 mins !
I must say the atmosphere was pleasant and i enjoyed the plates and cups...
