Found a pubic hair in my food that was brought out by the manager named Edgar. They didn’t remake the plate just removed the hair and tried again like I wouldn’t notice. Staff laughed about it in Spanish, which killed any trust I had left. Told the manager I wouldn't be paying for my plate, and he tossed it out with zero apology, zero accountability. If basic food safety and respect matter to you, pick another spot.

I placed an order for pick up at 10:33am. The order said it’d be ready by 10:49. We walked in at 10:51 and the waitress stated it’d only be a couple more minutes. I did use my rewards so I was trying to be understanding. However, as we are waiting a guy walks into the door and gets seated. She knows the guy. I waited until 11:15 and I see that the guy that got seated, RECEIVED HIS FOOD AT HIS TABLE BEFORE US. I say “excuse me” out loud and she completely ignores me. All we ordered was 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 1 slice of french toast, and a full stack. I am appalled at the customer service this restaurant provided. There was no explanation and no apologies given that it took 45 min to get our food. I do not recommend it here.

We ordered $48 worth of food. Many waffles included. I told the door dash driver to tell the store to make sure they put butter and syrup in the bag. IHOP sealed the bag and told the dasher the butter and syrup was inside. The dasher believed them as they can not open the bag. When my food was delivered they only had 1 Butter and 1 syrup in the bag for $48 worth of food. Are you kidding me. We literally had to eat dry waffles which ruined our breakfast. Very poor judgement on the store and inadequate workers. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Love you guys! But there is always something wrong with my Pardon My Cheesesteak order. Last night the cheesesteaks I ordered came on normal white bread, as opposed to the sub roll they are supposed to come on. In a previous experience last year, a cheesesteak sandwich order was made using breakfast sausage. I just wish my Pardon My Cheesesteak order would get made correctly

Did an online order, for curbside pick up tried to call multiple times didn’t answer. So went inside in person wasn’t busy at all, just lazy not answering the phone when clearly capable. The front desk man was rude and had an attitude. Horrible customer service. And takes forever.
Service is great. Food is hot and delicious. This place always has some nice decor. It feels welcoming. Very clean. I came in last week and Isak was a very nice waiter. Senior Night is back at IHOP and we are here for it.

I walked into this IHOP looking forward to a good meal, but unfortunately had to leave before even ordering. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the restaurant that made it difficult to stay. It didn’t smell clean or fresh, and it really took away from the dining experience. I hope management addresses this issue soon because it’s a dealbreaker for customers like me.
