This is genuinely the slowest service I’ve ever experienced, it has taken almost an hour now, and my food is still not out, many others are waiting as wellUPDATE* after waiting an hour for my sandwich I open it up to find there’s no avocado even though I paid for it. The sandwich was actually pretty good other than my missing avocado

I’ve been waiting for my food for 45 minutes and there is a few things to be pointed out1) no food service sanitary items are being worn such as hats, aprons or even gloves2) they are just messing around flirting with each other and focused on signature handshakes rather then making anyone in the lobbies sandwiches3) by the time this review is sent out I would’ve been here an hour4) this has to be the slowest service I’ve ever recieved in my life and the workers don’t care and to say lack of customer service would be and understatement5) the other night I came in and an employee refused service because they were “closing early” I’m surprised nothing has been done to fix this location consider this an all time low

The food is really good. I was surprised at how good the sandwich was. When I went in I was able to find a seat pretty quickly. It did get busy while I was there, but it was mostly for orders that were to go or for Door Dash. It seems like a popular place to eat at. They have vegan and vegetarian options on top of options with meat. I would go back while living in the area.

This place is cool. There is an overwhelming menu, which has an unbelievable amount of options. I got a sandwich with fried onion rings and jalapeño poppers on it. I’m not a vegan or vegetarian , but they have tons of options for both. I love Ikes.

I've only been to a few ikes locations but this one was very organized and the manager Kylie was very nice she even helped me make an account with Ike's for rewards. the sandwich she made was well put together and the perfect amount of everything extra I like to order. she was very patient with me most places make u feel rushed,before I went on my trip I had to go back in later that day and request her to make another one phenomenal service. I will most definitely be attending this ikes every time I'm in town and the inside was very clean and neat.
