Night shift appears too high to be able to give you the right burger. ordered the same burger like 3 times in a row, gave completely wrong burger every time.

The store smelled like old urine & plumbing from the bathroom area, and the entire building inside & outside need some work. Ceiling tiles falling and none of the tables were clean. The floors were greasy and slippery...it was a good idea to have those wet floor signs up. They must just leave them there to help you avoid other obstacles in the dining area. The food at any Jack in the Box location is typically served cold & tastes like cardboard to some extent, this one is no different, although the food was warm. The lady behind the counter was nice enough, but very straightforward. I won't be back to this location.

That place is horrible to get into 50 kids outside blocking the drive-thru in the parking lot using it as a hangout for wannabe gang Bangerz getting high smoking marijuana and cigarettes everyday after High School .I can't believe Jack in the Box allows it
Parking: There's nowhere to park because kids park there from the high school the same kids that smoke weed and cigarettes
Kid-friendliness: It's actually two kid-friendly they allow the kids to smoke weed and get high after school inside the lobby and outside in the parking lot , it's really horrible
Highly recommend going to the Jack In the Box at Nut Tree instead, the customer service here is rude and uncaring, the food was not cooked correctly, and they messed up my order twice. On top of this, it took a long time for the food to come out :( I ended up just getting it refunded and went to the one at Nut Tree ?

I enjoyed coming to this Jack in the Box. The food is fresh and delicious... It is a bit overpriced, but it's all of them. What I like the most about this place is the cash and card and other types of payment, which is accepted. Thank you for the drive thru ladies.
