Went through the drive thru and was the only car there at the time. The food took a bit to come out, but the fries were hot and the chicken was good. Unfortunately, two separate people asked me what sauce I wanted and I still didn't receive any! Taking home 2 different chicken meals and no sauce does not make hungry people happy.

You could hear the manager yelling and screaming at his teammates. Felt like a very hostile environment. Food was bad. Won't go back there again!

We were seeking a dine - in experience. It was just after 8 PM, and despite there being no hours posted, the "OPEN" sign was lit. Yet, the diner was locked. To their credit, the drive - thru was open and there was plenty of parking.

Jack in the box is one of the only four fast food restaurants I will ever eat at! There #2 on my list but I love everything on the menu always fresh and hot! Good food!!!! Love the egg rolls!

This is the worst Jack in Box I will never return.I'm speaking of the Jack that's in the Pet Smart parking lot. The Obese/ HEAVY SET MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. After I was told I could use a coupon by her employee then she said no she wouldn't honor it. So she turn away my Whole order which was all together about $30. She didn't want to honor my 2 sausage sandwiches for 6$ she said I had to pay $11.98. And they didn't have French toast sticks or mozzarella's sticks. They probably lied about not having it so she didn't have to make it. She probably eaten ALL THE FOOD that's why the menu is empty. Out of so many items on the menu ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT 5/31 this happened...

Apparently they closed, even though they were open only accepting door dash orders at 11pm. Didn't even know that was an option.
There were only 2 people working Vanessa and a guy working, they treated us like we were their first customers very nice and patient. This is the jack in the box on Monterey vista definitely will come back.
