Staff was kind and friendly and my tacos were good, but the salad I got was definitely either past expiration date or stored improperly. My lettuce was slimy and mold had begun to grow on the top of the salad.

Went through the drive through of the jack in the box I frequent just now, gave the lady my coupon and card, waited 10 minutes for any explanation. They gave me back my coupon (that is not expired) that I just received in the mail and said they don't take coupons. Not coming back.

I just went with my mom and daughter with a coupon and my daughter ate the chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard , that broke her tooth. I will never buy from this jack in the box. Since it was a coupon they put what ever they had early. I'm going to take this to corporate.
