Went through the drive through of the jack in the box I frequent just now, gave the lady my coupon and card, waited 10 minutes for any explanation. They gave me back my coupon (that is not expired) that I just received in the mail and said they don't take coupons. Not coming back.

I just went with my mom and daughter with a coupon and my daughter ate the chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard , that broke her tooth. I will never buy from this jack in the box. Since it was a coupon they put what ever they had early. I'm going to take this to corporate.

Online Order App Integration is okay. Actual Fulfillment Service is backlogged quite a lot though. Atmosphere is kinda claustrophobic at both Drive Thru, and Take Out dining area. Food Prices are a little high but quality is pretty consistent. Overall: Good Location
