The kids wanted to eat Jack in the Box tonight. They have some good Mobile App deals so I ordered through the App for pick up in the Drive Thru. When I arrived (~10 minutes), my order was ready. Just drove up, told them my name and they passed it through the window to me, super simple. When I was driving away, the kids text me an additional order, so I went and inside to place the order. They die not have many employees working on a Saturday evening and I can see why as there was no one dining inside. They did have some drive thru and mobile orders which they were focused on. When my number was called, the server told me hold on, because he needed to get my drinks. Instead of getting my drinks (their soft drink machine was broken, so they had to pour the drinks for me inside), he proceeded to deliver a mobile order which outside, so I ended up waiting a few more minutes despite him calling my order number. I did not appreciate that he called me up then proceeded to deliver another order instead of just getting my drinks first. He could have had one of the 2 other people working pour my drinks while he delivered the other order outside. The food was fair, not too hot and the fries were a little soggy by the time I got home, so they did not have a crunch to them anymore and the Jumbo Jack was not so jumbo anymore (more like the Jr Jumbo Jack now, wonder how small the Jr Jumbo Jack is now). I used to like this location, but it is in need of some revamping.

The staff are kind, the place is clean, they usually do not mess up my food. However I have NEVER had a restaraunt give my food to strangers who cannot show them the receipt for a mobile order to recieve it. Twice in the last few weeks I have placed mobile orders and arrived to pick up within ten minutes to be told someone came in and took it ahead of me. The staff told me the first time the lady must have read my name on the receipt behind the counter to ask for my order by name. Today I was told the MAN in front of me in the drive thru, AFTER I had placed my name at the speaker, was able to use my name and collect my order two cars ahead of me. I was then told that they used to verify receipts, but do not anymore, and that this apparently happens here a lot now because they do not verify the order pick up. It is scary having strangers access your name and pick up your order out from in front of you. I will no longer be going to this location, an am very concerned about other locations now as well. This second time, they almost did not want to remake my order despite agreeing that the MANS name and VOICE did not match my order nor my voice at their speaker and still giving him my food. I never thought I'd be alarmed like this, but honestly the fact the staff are aware of the issue and that it happens daily here, and still allow this to happen so easily is upsetting. Telling me that as an excuse for negligence was a joke.

Restaurant is a joke, they don’t check their order modification. Argue with customers about order, after they ignore anyone trying to order inside for 15+ minutes. Restaurant is flooded with homeless individuals and dirty. Save yourself and drive to the one on Alamo Drive!

Employees cleaned vigorously while I was eating. Thanks for disturbing my meal and spreading dust n dirt all around my are. The last straw was being asked to move my feet so she could sweep under them. District Mgr sent a text apologizing and advising she had spoken to the employees and hoped I would return...not a chance... and I recommend no one eat there, even the drive through.

Went to drive the thru, i told the guy taking order that i have two coupons, he said i can only use one, but there's two of us in the car. He said no, then a lady in the back ground said we can so he did say yes we can use it. I ordered two for 5$ burgers, and fries for $1.49. When we got to the window, he charged me 20$ for our order and i said we have a coupon remember. He said, well you did not give it to me so i charged regular. I had to explain it dearly to him and all the BS and he finally said he forgot. Manager had to issue refund like it was my fault. Ahe even said, you have to give the coupon code to the cashier. Its your job, not mine. Not my fault you suck in taking orders. If i needed to tell you the code, then you shouldve just asked for the code, and not what it was. Funny thing is, he charged me $1.49 for the fries even though he said i did not hand him the coupon. Get more training in your job, it'll be better.

Grab n Go. I just try a little for the quick snack after shopping in Vacaville Premium Outlets. Always quick service and reasonable price. I am not much eating fast food but something for travel and shopping time, I prefer to buy. Without any hesitation, I can say you have to try obe time for fast food.
Ordered large curly fries maybe a week ago.. mightve been night time.. it was NOT FRESH.. some hard.. some soggy.. why not let all the oil drop off?? Tap the thing a few times.. are MANAGERS NOT TRAINING YALL? I'm very disappointed I will post this experience all over my socials medias and yelp... I feel like I got scammed for my $..
