The truth is, the service was fast, the only good thing was the hamburger because the rest was terrible, the cold fries and it seems very expensive for what they provide and they give 3 stars just for the service.

It has been 3x now that they have got my order WRONG! This is one of the best Jack in the Box locations in the area. It’s disappointing that recently they have been screwing up my order. I am on a time crunch and it’s aggravating having to explain they messed up the order EVERY TIME! I work in Benicia and despite always being busy the Benicia location gets my order correct. If they don’t, they apologize and throw in a small freebie for their mistake! Please communicate with your teammates to make sure every order is correct and fresh for the customer.

Extremely greedy company. They refuse to give out extra sauces. On door dash there is no button to add extra sauces. I’m willing to pay for it but there was no way. I asked my driver to see if they would be able to put the sauces in the bag anyway and they REFUSED. They said I needed to pay and I explained there was no button for it. They then ask me to place another order another item in order to get the sauces instead of giving good customer service and helping me out. In fact, they didn’t even give me the ONE sauce that the app did let me select. It’s just a packet of ranch bro.

I work on an ambulance at night, not many places open and our box doesn’t fit/isnt allowed in drive thrus, but usually Jack in the Box will let us order at the drive thru window and have even let us inside to order numerous times. Been to most of them in the county without any problem. Tried to grab some quick food from this one with my partners and was initially told no. Tried to explain our vehicle won’t fit through the drive thru and the worker just told us no and we had to leave. I understand policies, but when every other place we have been to has been understanding and accommodating it is frustrating. We just wanted some food.

Where are my tacos? You tried to give me a drink I did not order at the drive through tonight. I specifically said, JUStThe sandwich! I got curly fries I did not order. I never ever ordered a combo. I drink water. No tacos sucks!

I usually come here all the time with no issue I literally just left it's now when 1:19 a.m. ask for a vanilla milkshake and all the lady did was put ice cream in a cup and serve it can't even drink it and I noticed that when I handed her my card she kept flipping it over like if she was reading the numbers or something so I thought that was weird they give me my food and I'm about to leave I stopped reverse and ask for a receipt took her sometime to get it.on my way home I noticed I'm chewing on old fries. Never get milkshakes here some workers here are great and some aren't here. Smh

would highly recommend any of the sweet cream cold brew iced coffees (beware: more on the sweet side, but delicious)
