I come here every now and then for an oatmeal and receive excellent service, this time around it wasn’t so great. The lady working the register talks and looks like she hates her job. Asked her for another bowl since the bowls suck(they leak) and she dragged her feet the whole time with no care in the world. I understand not all days are good days,but she’s always in a bad mood and my oatmeal was extremely watery.

The young woman at the counter was very kind and welcoming. Both of my hearing aids broke and I'm pretty much deaf, I struggled to hear and she signed for me. It was a touching gesture and I'm writing this review specifically for her amazing service. I hope she sees this.

Service is 50/50, but the smoothies are always great. Even when they run out of certain fruits, they substitute it with a fruit of your choosing.*I changed my rating from 4 stars to 3 because when I came in 5/11 morning, no one was standing at the front and even though I yelled "hello?" no one came out. I was about to leave, then a guy finally came out; no apology of course. He looked like he didn't even want to be there. Once my order was ready, he just left it...
