I went on Tuesday, April 29th at 4:05 PM, during happy hour. There were two attendants — a woman and a man. The woman was the one who helped me. I ordered the large smoothie from the happy hour menu. She told me it was $10. I asked about the happy hour again, and she insisted that was the correct price. I pointed out that the sign said $7. She told me happy hour only started at 4:00. I explained that it was already 4:05. Still, she insisted the price was $10. I went ahead and paid.

The man after me ordered the same large smoothie for happy hour and paid $7. I know because I asked him. I don’t understand why the woman charged me differently from him.

I was in today 5/28/2025 at about 10:15 am. The woman working was super friendly, efficient and kind. I called in to leave a note with a manager but no voicemail. Hopefully she gets some recognition for being a great employee!

The staff was excellent. I love the coco fluff as an alternative in my açai bowl. The really nice thing about this location is that it actually has tables indoors where you can enjoy your afternoon smoothie

I’ve been coming to Jamba a few times a week for the smoothie bowl. Today, I noticed that it was missing a lot of the smoothie. The person who I assumed was the manger asked if everything was okay. I mentioned could I get a little more smoothie in my bowl. As, you can tell it looks pretty empty. She said they made it exactly to the recipe, yet… there’s barely any smoothie.

Jamba has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I go in every other day to try new flavors, but today I didn’t like the smoothie I chose. A red-haired employee (I wish I remembered her name) went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Even though I told her it was okay and I’d be fine, she insisted on remaking my smoothie until I was satisfied.

I felt bad because I didn’t have enough money on my card to leave her a tip, but I truly hope the employees here are paid well—they absolutely deserve it. Everyone who works at this location is so kind and thoughtful.

In the end I had to tell her I liked my smoothie, but I didn’t lol. I think I know what is ruining it , it might be the dry/ frozen strawberry fruit. I do not like frozen fruit because it taste completely different than a fresh fruits

8/10/24– do not recommend this location. The inside is dirty, the smoothies are not made correctly— we asked for a non-dairy medium smoothy they screwed up made small. When we pointed this out they put us back in line to make a smoothie and made my daughter throw out the small and wait. Ella has very poor customer service— when she remade the smoothie she made it with dairy instead of oat milk and when her co worker pointed out the mistake she proceeded to continue making the smoothie saying “it didn’t matter”. It does matter for those with dairy allergies.

Since when do açaí tropical bowls come with a half a banana? My pretzel was touched by another customer and they still attempted to serve it to me as if I didn’t see it happen. Definitely won’t return to this location.

The Small is the same as the medium, you can test it out yourself. Save your money and order the small. Scam.

Asked for a remake because the smoothie I got from a different Jamba did not taste like the usual pb+banana protein. It tasted like plain baby food and missed the pb and banana taste. SO GLAD I stopped by here as they made our drinks perfectly. They were very nice and considerate. Wished I got the Jambarista’s name but she wore glasses. Thank you so much if you’re reading this! Made our day!

I came in wanting a blue drink, but was unsure of which secret menu item it was. Ella was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient; all options were explained and in the end, I had a delightful blue peach-mango hybrid. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

There were multiple groups of people placed orders after me, but I was the last one got my order. When I asked what happened, they told me it took them awhile to wash the orange for my juice. Seriously? Terrible experience and feeling.
