My name is Bob I visit this store every week sometimes twice ,on Sunday I came in and was shocked to learn that the store manager was fired after submitting a sexual harassment complaint about the area director, Chris Costa. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing for such a well-known company.
I’ve known Hugo for a long time — he’s one of the hardest-working people I’ve met, always present, friendly, and a true leader. My family and I always appreciated his great attitude know us by name and the way he ran the store it was what call a great customer service . When I asked about him, the team told me he was no longer there I asked them did he got promoted or something but when they told me the real reason I was shocked , and this is very upsetting to hear. Since his not there , the service has gone downhill, the food quality has declined, and the staff seems unhappy and concerned. It’s sad to see such a great manager treated unfairly. I really hope upper management or ownership reconsiders this situation because the store is not the same without him. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this location and will not be returning

Just ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich, whoever cooked up my sandwich did a amazing job pepperonis where a little burnt edges and I knew it was gonna be a good sandwich, these guys do exceptional work.

The attention to detail, consideration and welcoming environment they provided made it feel as if i was at a relatives house for lunch. Very comforting.
