Koi Express Hibachi & Sushi

We went there for the first time last week. Ordered the steak and noddles and the London fried sushi.
It was a great that we went back four days later only this time we did the shrimp. I highly recommend this place for the price you get a lot of food.

Location cool, chill, narrow, clean. Food served to you at your table. Presentation and portions are adequate but it just salty af I feel my nervous system activating as I eat this. Lots of water needed. Also the quality is not that good. Taste very americanized and the teriyaki taste super basic like something you would buy at safeway. The food would be cool if they didn't drown the veggies on salty sauce. Would I return, no. Steak taste ok. Shrimp very dry and chicken somewhat dry, too.

I had asked for a steak and shrimp combination plate with an appetizer of gyoza. When i received said order i found no gyoza but a plate of noodles not only that but they only gave me four shrimp repeat four shrimp… im absolutely disappointed as i’d had great experiences here before

… please do better koi express you’re better then this….

Food is always fresh and hot. I wish they gave a little bit more meat for the price you’re charged. I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi and got 5 or so shrimp.

This is my first time going to this place. Since I love sushi very much, my best friend recommended this spot. Never tried their food before. Until I got their hibachi salmon entree and the Vacaville roll. It's actually really good and would recommend coming back here again. The lady was very nice of serving us and her kindness shows!

I don't usually leave reviews, but it needs to be said, this place was good! The proce point for this fast casual was great and their flavors were on point. I came with my party of 6 and we all loved our dishes. Even my picky eater kids loved the shrimp and noodles. I wish this establishment so much success!

My brother and I came down here after watching the 49ers versus Detroit game. We were so ecstatic that my team won and found this little place on Peabody road. Food was very excellent and I recommend the shrimp chicken and steak combo plate. It was very yummy and very tasty. The owner in the front was very accommodating and friendly and the place was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

The steak and shrimp combination was great. However, I ordered Dragon roll for take out and when we opened our order at home, it was a fried roll with just cream cheese filling. No eel, no crab meat, no avocado, just cream cheese. See photo for reference. It’s disappointing. There’s no such thing as a sushi roll with just cream cheese in it. It’s disappointing.

My husband and I visited the new location on Peabody Road in Vacaville tonight ! First off talk about clean ! Greeted by Jonny and his employee whom are extremely helpful and friendly. We order to eat in as well as to go for someone else to have cooked as we finish our meal . The meal was plenty to share and was fresh and cooked to perfection. Go check them out . Welcome to the neighborhood.

For my first visit I had the Shrimp Hibachi entree. The food was fine, but the service was excellent. The restaurant opened promptly on time at 11:00 on a Saturday. When I arrived there were no other customers there.
