So good. The food is always amazing and fresh. it's usually the same staff every time which is pleasant to see the same faces and they they give great service. The ambience is chill and relax you can eat in or take out. I usually take out, but I've eaten with my and it was quiet. The chicken Katsu, noodles with meat and lumpia are always my favorite

Called to place an order for pick up and was charged a "Phone Card Fee". When I asked the guy what's this for he said "because you called to place your order over the phone". I told him this is unnecessary and a way of scamming people especially when there's no sign in the store regarding a phone call fee. He looked at me and smiled then said sorry. Never coming back here again. I checked my receipt with other customers waiting for their food and they were charged a separate fee not stating exactly what it is when they came in person to order their food. When I finally got my food the worker asked if I even tipped them. I obviously didn't especially since they charged this fee and he said "well that's my tip then since you didn't tip us".

Nonsense this place isn't better reviewed. We come here frequently and a big reason for it is that it's consistent. When we're min the mood for chicken cutlet, get the gravy on the side and dip it in, best way to go. Keeps the chicken crispy and still get the gravy as you want.

Love this place. Usually get the Chicken Cutlet but the orange chicken is good too. I recently just noticed they sell donuts here too. And oh my gosh, they are so good and just as good reheated the next day.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST hawaiian bbq you could ever eat in nor cal!!! NOTHING is fresh and they have some the most egregious customer service, when asked why my food was ready in I kid you not 1 minute after being ordered the response was do you want it PLEASE STOP BUYING FROM HERE AND IF YOU WANT GOOD HAWAIIAN BBQ YOU ARE FOOLING YOURSELF PICKING THIS SCAM OF A RESTAURANT

I have been going to the L&L for years, but tonight I was very disappointed. Usually, they have the teriyaki sauce out to get with your food, but tonight, it was in the area for employees. I asked the worker for two sauces, and he only gave me one. Then I said, "Can I have another one?" and the employee said, "No! You only can have one." That came off as very rude, and didn't even offer to let me buy another one (even though they have always been free). It was strange since I ordered a good amount of food, too. I order Portuguese sausage, Spam musubi, and a combo plate with short ribs and katsu. Also, I asked to substitute the white rice with fried rice. When I got home, I was already annoyed that I only had one sauce for all of this food, but then I realized that they put in French fries instead of fried rice. Are you serious L&L That's when I decided never to go back to this L&L I was really disappointed as this L&L is usually up to par, but I did not have a positive experience tonight. Overall, the food was average (3/5), while the service and ambiance were horrible (1/5).
