This is a hidden gem in Vacaville! The food was great, the service was prompt and kind and atmosphere calm and inviting. I didn’t expect to have a view but the sweet little view of the trees and the Nut tree Train added to the unassuming pleasant vibe. We had the green curry and the peanut sauce with beef. Flavor was spot on and the vegetables were cooked perfectly.

Kim’s Thai Cuisine is located next to Fenton’s Creamery in the Nut Tree Shopping Center. It used to be The Chicken Hawkers (they still carry 4 of the items from the old restaurant). We came in on Halloween around 6pm for dinner. Originally we were going to Show De Carnes a couple doors down, but they were closing early at 6pm for Halloween. My wife was getting a little hangry, so I quickly chose to come to Lim’s Thai Cuisine as we enjoy Thai food and have not been here since they changed from The Chicken Hawkers to Lim’s Thai Cuisine. When we come in, we were quickly greeted and sat down at a table. Their indoor dining space is small, so there are only a handful of tables. I believe they do have a couple out door dining tables as well if you choose to do so.

We are glad our first choice to dine at was closing early as their food was very good. I never thought of coming here to eat as I usually patron the other Thai restaurants in town, but now I am a fan. I would definitely come back to try other dishes. The only downfall of this restaurant is that they charge you 3% to use your credit card, but many restaurants are starting to use this practice to keep costs down, but I am not a fan.

Super nice customer service. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I got the Japanese Thai Curry Chicken. The sauce was really good! Perfect compliment to the fried chicken.

Found out this restaurant on Yelp referred on the way to Folsom.city. And become our favorites restaurant every time we head to my in law. We love their food: crab fried rice And seafood pad Thai. We never eat any restaurant put that much real crab on fried rice disk. Their service is Phenomenal and very clean. We would highly recommend this Thai restaurant for everyone. Thank you for a great service.

Excellent food and the service was great. She was able to accommodate our food allergies!

Hainan Chicken is terrible, dry and thinly sliced white meat (5 thin slices); which is not at all how it's supposed to be cooked/served. The stir-fry flat noodle dish my teen had was of a tiny portion. Basically all of our orders are of a small portion, totally not worth the price. We wanted to give small businesses a chance, but will def not go back again. Do not recommend.

I have gluten allergies and had the garlic mushroom chicken and sweet and sour chicken and in loooove!! I havent had since being diagnosed and very happy, i didnt get a reaction. Very happy they have decent gluten free options. The only thing i wish i asked was to put rice on the side as it was a lot of soup vs on same plate but not a deal breaker, food was delicious! Will be back when im in town.

Our favorite Bay Area Thai spot!

I had their Original Chicken and it was one of the best Thai style chicken rice, I've had in the Bay Area. The meat was cooked just nice and the rice was fragrant.

However, I'm docking it down to 3 stars as they didn't boil the whole chicken, but instead cooked using pre-sliced breast meat. This is now how you make authentic chicken rice. Unfortunately, many Thai restaurants take this lazy way of cooking

Lim is the owner and she was the one who served us! She’s super nice! Food was delicious and provided us with excellent service! The place is in the middle of action there in Vacaville. Right next to ice cream, boba place etc. It’s a family owned business and we highly recommend it! RJ and Charinette:)

I really enjoyed my green curry with tofu and my husband loved his drunken noodles. Nice to be able to customize spice level. They were very tolerant of us sitting for awhile with a friend we haven't seen in ages and kept filling our water.

Not much seating, but food was decent. Our server was very friendly and quick.

My friend got the Thai Iced tea and was very disappointed in how much ice there was vs how much tea. I had hot jasmin tea, and it was very good.

My Thai chicken salad was excellent. My friend said his Thai fried rice was good. He asked for hot, not Thai Hot, and he thought it was not hot enough. Oh well, we all have different tastes I guess.

All in all very good. I would return
