So i have an order here for door dash so I arrive on the store on the exact pick up time they said 10 minutes to ready the door dash order. So I waited here approximately 37 minutes for this order.

I keep seeing ads for the Little Caesars Fantastic 4 Pizza for $7.99, so couldn’t turn down the deal. Little Caesars is not know for high quality pizza, but I actually like the taste of their pizzas. The Fantastic 4 Pizza has 4 flavors in 1 pizza: cheese; pepperoni; pepperoni with jalapeños and sausage. There were about 3 slices of each flavor. I ordered 2 of these pizzas on their App and it was ready in at the time promised when I arrived to pick them up. They give you a code after you pay for and submit your order to open the warming oven where your finished order is waiting for you to pick up. You can basically order the pizza and pick it up without any contact with the employees, which was my case. Overall experience was easy as long as I did not need to ask an employee for anything (no one was at the counter to greet me or say goodbye/thank you when I arrived). I would come back for the deals. Don’t come here if you expect much service. They are a solid 3.5 stars.

Very unpleasant experience. The staff is rude and completely uninterested in the customers. A simple question was met with irritation—no smile, no courtesy. It feels like you're just bothering them by being there. I have no desire to order or come back in such an atmosphere. Management should really pay attention to the behavior of the employees—this is the face of the establishment.. 3.9 It's not for nothing that they have such a rating

The service is great, especially for the amount of people that are usually there. The food is decent. You get what you pay for. If nothing else I can say that the cooks are consistent. I know what I’m getting when I order here.

Ordered pizza on line went down to pick it up 30 people standing around then the app said I picked it up when there was no pizza anywhere in the store. I couldn't talk to anyone so right now this store owes me $30.

Even during a rush and with a lot of people waiting in the lobby and outside (was seemed to be) the manager gave everybody good customer service. Made sure everything was good and even double checking orders to make sure they were the correct ones. Really appreciate the patience and good customer service. ?? ?
