Ordered pizza on line went down to pick it up 30 people standing around then the app said I picked it up when there was no pizza anywhere in the store. I couldn't talk to anyone so right now this store owes me $30.

Even during a rush and with a lot of people waiting in the lobby and outside (was seemed to be) the manager gave everybody good customer service. Made sure everything was good and even double checking orders to make sure they were the correct ones. Really appreciate the patience and good customer service. ?? ?

I ordered a custom pizza to fit my cravings, I am 34 weeks pregnant and was so exited to eat this pizza… they completely messed up my order and am beyond disappointed…. I payed extra for this pizza and all only to get something basic…

Little Caesar’s used to be so good and maybe it’s because there’s only two workers? But my pizza hasn’t had sauce the last three times I’ve gone. Finally I wasn’t starving and had the time to take a picture. Used to love getting these.

They need to hire people who speak and understand english. The lady had no idea what people were ordering, had no idea what she was even doing. My pizza was put in the warming oven and my code was not working, i kept trying to tell her i couldnt get to my pizza and she was thinking i needed to place an order and asked me if i wanted to pay with cash or card. Finally the code started working but wow that was more complicated than it needed to be.

They're Italian. Garlic bread is the best

Hot and Ready starts at 11, came in at 1240, and nothing was ready. The last time i came in, it took 45 minutes to get my pepperoni pizza after they forgot about my order. The worst part was i was sitting in the 2 chair lobby, and no one else was in the store. Finally got my food and didn't get the extra sauce I paid for. What is the deal with management here?

Not hot n ready. Never had hot n ready. False advertising. Do better Peabody Little Caesers. For context I waited 20 min for a classic pepperoni pizza that wasn't even fully cut. And I've literally received a pizza here that wasn't cut at all before. Get a new manager.
