If I could do 0 stars I would. I work in food service but this place was disgusting. Alondra was rude from the get go and didn't even do the code from the app at first. When my sister politely said it was supposed to be free she had an attitude and started saying if it looks correct now then pull forward and when I said there was more she said extremely rude that that's why she asked if there was more. We didn't even say we were done. So disappointing. Did not even get the food.

This review is based on the 2-3am shift . Fries id rather chew on shoe laces. Burger decent 6/10 for fast food. It is magic that Ice cream falls of the menu at 2am for McDonald's to be bad you have to try....

Sick in bed but ordered $50 worth of food to feed my family for the night and they delivered 2 happy meals called the only number they gave me and the lady said oh sorry we can give refund which takes 7-10 business days and I’m left with no food. Unwilling to fix it or anything $50 doesn’t come easy and to have this happen and no options to make it right just say oops sorry wait for your refund is DISGRACEFUL I’ll never order again! No customer service satisfaction when the screwed up the whole evening and I don’t have the money to order something else THANKS!

Came for a McFlurry and plain quarter pounder. They gave me an unmixed flurry and added ketchup to my burger. When I asked for a refund on the burger, they tried shorting me a dollar. They refuse to comp my time or poor service experience.
