It's mcdonalds in vacaville. The drive thru server was very friendly, and the fries were hot and fresh.

This McDonald's is in the unfortunate habit of making drive thru customers park in mobile order spots when their order has anything more than one drink or fry...They're doing it to keep their drive thru times low because Corporate sucks a big one. But it makes me as the customer feel less important as I'm spending more money for worse products. McDonald's is no longer worth the money. It's barely made better by the "deals" presented on the app, which are actually just pre-inflation prices applied on choice items. Shame! I will not be returning to mcdonalds

We live between 3 McDonald’s in Vacaville. They are all between a 1 to 4 minute drive. However, none of those McDonald’s can compare to this McDonald’s on Monte Vista. Fresh and steaming hot food EVERY time! Nothing compares! I don’t mind making the 10 minute drive! Worth it!

Thanks for not including my entire order after sitting and waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Make sure you tell me I got everything and not until I get home do I find out that you didn’t include the main part of the order. Your state mandated pay raise has made you lazy, inattentive, and irresponsible.

Placed an order through the McDonalds app from home and PAID FOR IT! Drove to the location, parked in a curbside slot and opened the app, but could not select the spot number. So I went inside and talked to one manager who was rude and kept asking me for a 4 digit code, WHICH I WOULD NOT GET IF I ORDERED CURBSIDE! There was a bag of food sitting under the warmer, when I asked if it was mine - she glanced at it quickly and said no. I opened the app and showed her the order, she repeatedly kept telling me the order had not been paid for, and was not made. She then ask me to bring her a bank statement showing the payment - I opened my bank account and showed her where it had already taken. She then accused me of getting food and trying to pick up more. At this point, I asked to speak for the store manager, the store manager spent a little more time looking in the app she could see that the order was there, but was requesting a four digit code. I asked Manager to run the last four of my debit card to see if the order had been charged - she took the last four of my card and went to the back office. At this point, I grabbed the bag that was under the warmer to flip it around to see that the receipt and name on the bag was actually mine. So 40 MINUTES AFTER I paid for my order I got my food - aa you can imagine this it was cold and disgusting. Both the managers I dealt with were rude, respectful and unapologetic. They didn't know how to use the app and they certainly were NOT willing to assist in locating it UNTIL I asked them to check for the order. The order was not remade either. Completely unacceptable.

So the App informed me of a Free sandwich. It was close to Lunch time so I figured WhatTheHeck! As I'm not used to accepting freebies I went ahead and ordered a burger and coke for my Wife. The App charged me for the burger and coke and I also got a confirming email and text. When I got there the App declined to accept my spot # at their parking lot. After waiting for a while I went inside to let them know I was out there waiting for my order. "Nancy" (manager?) was informed of my situation. I showed her the App where the order was done, I showed her my Text confirming the order, I also showed her the email that they sent me charging my debit card. She told me to "wait". Time went by and I asked her again what she was going to do about this relatively minor goof on McDonald's part? Again she told me to "wait". Time went by again and I'm still waiting (keep in mind the order was for $4.41 only!) I then asked her again what exactly was reason why she wanted me to keep waiting? She then got angry and told me; "I told you there's nothing I can do! I can't be giving free food to everyone that asks!" I was appalled! I then requested a refund (out of principle!) She got angry again and said her register didn't show such an order (despite me providing her with distinct proof; 1. The App along with the Order#. 2. The Text confirming the order, and 3. The email confirming the Charge to my Debit Card! She shrugged her shoulders and gave me a dirty look! I walked away keeping my composure! As I was walking back to my car I was angrily solicited by a homeless man! The ambiance here has gone toHell! Shameful as I used to enjoy having coffee with my Retired friends! Note: There was another homeless guy inside the McDonald's having a free-drink! BTW, do not eat here! Take it to go because this particular McDonald's is now flooded with aggressive homeless outside their parking lot (and some manage to sit inside!)
