I ordered a Fish-Fillet sandwich and told the guy at the drive thru that I wanted my fish extra crispy. First of all, the fish was old and soggy. Second, the tartar sauce was not even on the bun, they squirted it in the box. The bun wasn't even toasted or warmed or anything. The kid that handed me my food assures me that the fish was extra crispy, most likely to get me to move on. This location has terrible customer service.

The past two weeks I went to the McDonald twice to order a meal and when I got home, I checked the back and I had the wrong order and I had to go back and change it and again today happened the same thing I think management need to train better staff

Whoever was taking orders through the drive through past midnight had the worst attitude i’ve experienced. No idea what her problem was but she needs to stay in the back if she wants to keep her face scrunched the entire time. Food was cold, nuggets were soggy, fries stale, sandwich nasty.

This McDonald's is chill and I went before school was out so it wasn't loud in there. The bathrooms were unlocked, clean and available to use, so that's a plus for me. Staff was cool too.

⭐ 1 Star - Consistently Disappointing
I go to this place twice a week, and not once have they gotten my order right. Every single time, it’s either missing items, made wrong, or just completely careless. The staff is consistently unfriendly, and customer service is clearly not a priority here.
What’s even worse is the lack of hygiene—I’ve seen employees preparing food without gloves, which is completely unacceptable. It makes you question how seriously they take food safety.
Trying to call ahead? Don’t bother—they never answer the phone, so you’re left guessing whether your order will even be acknowledged, much less prepared correctly.
After giving them far too many chances, I’m finally done. They clearly don’t care about their regular customers or basic standards. It to mention I have gotten sick after eating there food….
My grandson wanted fries. So we went in. Food was hot and fresh, and a blue slurpie Cashier was on the order. Went home he ate fell asleep a happy lil fry muncher.
