I ordered several items and waited 12 minutes. Then I was given 1 sandwiche after I paid $26 and ordered 3 burgers and a fry. I had to wait another 8 minutes to get all my food ordered. For some reason, the person taking my order could not understand. I wanted a mcdouble plain without cheese. They kept repeating a mcdouble plain with cheese. There was too much confusion.

It shouldn’t take 3 workers to figure out my order. Once I saw I was missing an item I didn’t want to speak to another worker when this should have been corrected by the 2nd person. Definitely go to the other McDonalds. They NEVER miss up!!!

If you use the app to order, there are 2 McDonalds on Alamo in Vacaville, make sure you are at the correct one before using the app. This location tends to be the cleanest location in vacaville, the food seems to be better, and there is a play place. The parking is tricky, a lot of spots used for curbside or drive thru pick up close to the entrances. The order counter has been replaced with kiosk and I find the app easier than kiosk to order from. They deliver to your table, however, if they forget the condiments it can take sometime to get someone behind the counters attention.

This is the worst McDonald's in Vacaville. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE. This is the closest to where I live and let me share the terrible experiences they have given our family. 1. Drive thru person LAUGHED at me through the intercom after I asked them to read the order back. (Their screen was not updating and I ordered multiple items). 2. When preparing orders for delivery what the hell are they reading on the ticket? EVERYTIME WE ORDER there's an extra drink AND there's a sandwich wrong or missing. 3. Everytime we go thru the drive thru, an attitude is always given from the employees. Surprised to even get a hello half the time. These events have repeatedly occurred and it's obvious they're poorly managed. I hope this specific location can gain some decent common sense in their team. As they have none now and haven't had any for a long time. I have never written a review for any establishment but this place deserves a subpar rating for their service, attitude and lack of common sense.

Clean place,good food & service during to order system. Staff does need to be reminded that customers are watching and can hear their conversations. Once you are at work remember you are being paid and focus on doing their best. Considering their ages, it was next to perfect.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones on the app for my son and his friend. When they went to pick it up they refused to give it to them and saying that my son and his friend were trying to scam them, that they had already picked it up earlier. Saying Too Bad!! My wife had to drive my son back since they were on their bikes after getting home and showed them it had never been picked up. Their excuse the machine just printed the ticket although 2 hours had past by the time since we originally placed the order.. own up to your mistake and move on instead of making up excuses trying to bully 2 kids.
