A very nice mellow eatery with delicious food and atmosphere. They take the cleanliness of their bathrooms seriously and the staff was a bit distracted but still very nice.

I ordered the not so chicken sandwich salad togo. I didn’t look at my food until I got home and there was no salad dressing for it. It’s not really fun eating a dry salad. This is the second to go order they have messed up. Won’t be back.

THEE best customer service I have ever had! Passed through on a long trip trying to find food with semi clean ingredients at least. The food was excellent, everything was clean and the ladies working the front went above and beyond. Also, the section of lemonades was 🤩 I generally do my lemonades half sparkling water to make them less sweet but these were all just right!

Came to dine in on a Friday at 6pm. The dinner rush hadn’t started yet and there were 3-4 tables with guests inside. For fast casual, a 15 minute wait for 2 salads is a bit excessive. There was one person working the food, one bussing tables, manager, and someone working the counter. Self clean up area was stacked up, had to dust our table for, no music. The manager had her laptop and work splayed out on one of the best interior tables. I’d just order take away from here. I would not come to dine in again.

Really small indoor seating. VERY LOUD. I was hoping for at least a place as quiet as the mid-level of the cost of the meal. (it’s as crowded as an In-N-Out at lunch time and even louder because the dining room is so small) I will not be here again
The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. I like that they change up the menu so there’s something new to try. My kids are picky eaters and Mendocino Farms is able to accommodate.
Picked up a phone order on 8/29/24. Met by Willis who provided outstanding service with a smile and great attitude! Had the Pink Beet & Goat Salad and the Peach & Goat Cheese Salad....our usual!...always very tasty choices. Could have used a little more meat on the Peach & Goat Cheese salad ....keep it real Willis!

Today was our first time eating at Mendocino Farms. What can we say? The customer service received from Willis was exceptional. We were greeted with a smile with a positive vibe and energetic personality. He ensured to give great suggestions on the food. We ordered the pork belly banh mi. When we asked for the Oaxacan potato salad and were informed they were out, Willis ensured to offer a sample of the macaroni salad. Which by the way, is delicious. The macaroni was cooked just right and the condiments uses to season it, had just the right amount of spice.
Once we received our sandwich, we enjoyed every flavor it carried. The spiciness of the jalapeños, the sweetness of the sauce. The crunching of the carrots and cucumbers, plus the tenderness of the pork belly, were all the perfect combination for a delicious sandwich. By the way, our food was a bit delayed due to a kitchen error that was quickly resolved by an offering of their soup. Keeping the flavors of the food in mind, we will be returning customers. How can we not. Mendocino Farms offers great food and excellent service.

We enjoyed a very nice sandwich and salad here (Pork Belly Banh Mi sandwich and Thai Mango Salad) and they were delicious. The service was very friendly, and food came out in a good amount of time. It looks like the menu has many choices with fresh ingredients, and the beverages are also unique. We will be returning to try even more menu items. 4 instead of 5 stars because the music is a bit loud.
