Small little place but makes up for its roughness with amazing customer service. Even though they seemed a bit understaffed the person running the front was polite, informative and cheerful. It's a pretty extensive menu so I appreciate the patience they had while I picked out my drink. Settled on a coffee milk tea, they use a non-dairy base! Was absolutely delicious!!

Service incredible here. Unprompted he offered me to try the difference between sweetness levels and the topping before the drink was made. He also gave me a personal recommendation which is always a win! I went with the peach 101 which includes honey boba and substituted mango stars for the lychee jelly and 50% sweet per his recommendation. Honey pearls were made very well, chewy and well cooked. I haven't had bubble tea for $4.50 since I was on the east coast. And this was well worth it for the service alone! Pay with cash to avoid service fee, thanks so much, I'll be back!!

Another great Boba shop.Many different combinations and flavors.Fast service and tasty treats for that Boba lover.Plenty of seating, but no lines due to quick response times and sync in the workers.Very clean areas at each station and served with a smileThe bathroom, locked by a number lock, cleaner than many bathrooms I've been in especially because of the white interior, could be a little bit more upkept.Parking: Plenty of parking, fast in and out.

This place is the spot for milk tea! Great vibe and amazing drinks. The staff is always super friendly, and it's right next to a big Asian supermarket if you want to pick up unique ingredients you would never find at the usual grocery stores. Conveniently located next to the freeway as well

Dropped by on the way home from Tahoe, and wanted some bubble tea! I wasn’t expecting much since the area doesn’t look like it’d have a lot of options. Thankfully, it’s actually pretty good and I would come back!My husband got a SpongeBob, and I got a Large Organic Jasmine Milk Tea w/ Honey Boba (25% sweet, light ice). When we asked to adjust the sweetness of the SpongeBob (smoothie), they kindly explained that they couldn’t adjust it since it would affect how the drink blends. We got it anyway even though they said it’s one of the sweeter drinks. I totally agree with his assessment it is on the sweeter side (I normally get drinks 25%/50% sweet), but this is a good sweetness for my husband who has a sweet tooth. As for my drink, the jasmine tea is light and refreshing and the sweetness is perfect for me. The honey boba however is a bit softer than what I usually prefer, but it’s still good.Finally, I didn’t expect the large to be absolutely massive. Not a problem since I happen to like the drink, but might not get the large size next time haha. Cost-wise, it’s more affordable than most bubble tea shops I’ve been to in the South Bay.Finally, the staff is really nice and friendly. Hope to be back next time we pass by :)

Gotta start out with the customer service for milk tea lab- five stars. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and has been every visit. The boba is well cooked and the milk tea is decent. This is the first boba I ever tried and I was hooked on it. The roasted milk tea is my current favorite but I've tried most of their drinks and never found one I didn't at least partially like. The inside of the store is nothing noteworthy- there's decent seating for while you wait for your order. Nothing I'd write home about. It's closeness to County Square Market is also a major win! I'll grab a drink and go walk around the store for a fun afternoon activity.

The manager was really helpful and attentive when taking out orders and recommending the best drinks that matched our preferences! I got the peach green tea with boba, and my sisters and cousins got other drinks -- all of them tasted great and came out quickly. I also loved the unique boba themed pins and other merch available. Would recommend that you stop by and try this boba shop!!

Hands-down, the best Boba place I have ever been to! I had been going in there for a while before I found out who the owner was and I never would’ve thought that he was the owner because he works harder than anybody in there. I also witnessed him at one time getting help from one of his employees when they had a system update he is the most humble genuine young man I have met. Everybody in there is remarkably kind. Just incredible customer service not to mention the food. Will keep you coming back. My family maybe has told me a time or two. I might need to take a second job to pay my bill at the milk tea lab. Lol

Gotta give this place 5 stars for exceptional customer service. This was my first time coming into this Milk Tea Lab and wasn't sure what I'd expect. I've been to numerous tea shops and boba shops so j wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. There were 3 patrons before me waiting for their order and as I stepped in the gentleman at the counter communicated that he'd be right with me. He assisted one other person make drinks and as soon as he made sure the other patrons were taken care of he proceeded to take my order. He was extremely informative and suggested a few things. He gave me a few options and I placed my order. I don't like my drinks too sweet so i requested 25% sweetness. As he was making my drink, he offered to have me sample the drink so far to make sure it was to my liking. He also informed me that he could always make it sweeter but not less at that point. It was perfect. My popcorn chicken came out quickly too. My wait was less than 7 minutes after I placed my order and the chicken was piping hot. I always appreciate when communication is done early to set expectations. The gentleman at the counter was polite and knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He definitely contributed to a great experience that I wasn't expecting.
