Mochinut - Vacaville

I came there about a week ago I bought a 3 count as I get home and eat one with my kid .. IT was Stale so I’m like ouuu no!!! . I go back today and was thinking about getting another three count, but I explained to the person behind the counter that the donuts were stale last time so when I asked her, how long has they have been out for . she said from this morning since they opened, but when I came there yesterday. It was 6 PM that is crazy I will never spend my money there again .

We came in to try it out but the kids working here aren't engaging with the customers. They are teens so they are trying to be cute for the other teen guys.…. 😅🥰 I get it but there should always be an adult on staff and the clock to monitor the business side of the business. Modeling for the teens proper etiquette and professionalism.

I love their hotdogs and their drinks are okay but the wait is always long. so we don’t come very often because of that. Today I came and was paying cash and this didn’t have change and the person helping me told me she wasn’t able to give me the 50 cents in change. The total was 27.50 so I should have got back 12.50 but she was only trying to give me $12 ummm no it’s not my fault u don’t have change. Only because I found 50cents. If u don’t want to take cash say you only take card. If not have change available. This was the craziest thing why is it my fault your business doesn’t have change. Yea this was not okay

Too sweet and has no texture as mochi donut. Also very dry, like they have been sitting for days. Do not recommend.

The food is good. But every time I order from here they take 30+ min on my order. Today I ordered for pick up, and they told me 10 minutes. I come in 15 minutes later and have to wait an additional 10 minutes because they didn’t even start my order yet. This seems to happen every.single.time that I order. I love the hotdogs and the drinks but this is gonna be my last time coming here. They waste customers time way too often.

Korean dogs are legit. Visited 2 years ago and it was salty af, but they figured it all out. Mochi donuts are legit also.

Don't like leaving bad reviews but feel they're necessary sometimes. I've been a fan of mochi donuts since trying them for the first time in SF Japantown years ago, and was happy to find this place while making a stop in Vacaville.

My wife's favorite is macha, and they didn't appear to have any that day. They're usually pretty obvious as they have some type of green frosting. However the cashier told us they had some "macha-mix" donuts which we hadn't heard of, but figured we'd give it a try and ordered a box of 3. Turns out they don't exist and we ended up with churro mochi-donuts. And they were stale.

If we weren't already in the car and driving home I would have returned them. Really disappointed and can't recommend either the donuts or service at this place.

Great selection of boba teas. Donuts were good and nicely decorated. The hot Cheeto mozzarella stick was just ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.
