Mochinut - Vacaville

The food is good. But every time I order from here they take 30+ min on my order. Today I ordered for pick up, and they told me 10 minutes. I come in 15 minutes later and have to wait an additional 10 minutes because they didn’t even start my order yet. This seems to happen every.single.time that I order. I love the hotdogs and the drinks but this is gonna be my last time coming here. They waste customers time way too often.

Korean dogs are legit. Visited 2 years ago and it was salty af, but they figured it all out. Mochi donuts are legit also.

Don't like leaving bad reviews but feel they're necessary sometimes. I've been a fan of mochi donuts since trying them for the first time in SF Japantown years ago, and was happy to find this place while making a stop in Vacaville.

My wife's favorite is macha, and they didn't appear to have any that day. They're usually pretty obvious as they have some type of green frosting. However the cashier told us they had some "macha-mix" donuts which we hadn't heard of, but figured we'd give it a try and ordered a box of 3. Turns out they don't exist and we ended up with churro mochi-donuts. And they were stale.

If we weren't already in the car and driving home I would have returned them. Really disappointed and can't recommend either the donuts or service at this place.

Great selection of boba teas. Donuts were good and nicely decorated. The hot Cheeto mozzarella stick was just ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Both drink and donut were disappointing. The donut had an old feel to it. The milk tea was heavily milk. Contrary to some other review, the drink was a hair not sweet enough. It would have been better for the drink to be colder too. The ice was perfect though. Wasn't a giant blob of ice when the drink was gone

My husband loves their brown sugar boba. We also got the Korean Corn dog and we love it. We also got some donuts that were good as well. Great friendly customer service .

This store is very dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks ? Tables haven’t been wiped down, there is trash on the floor and the floor is sticky. Super gross for a place that serves food.

Been here 3 times & store is always dirty, tables not wiped, floors not swept, bathroom is filthy, toilet is nasty, walls & doors not wiped down, employees don't have hair up & needs to use hairnet because it's a food business & being prepared & served, girls are touching their hair & not washing hands!!! I mean the owner needs to get on it!!! March 30, 2024 @4:15pm. Terrible!!!
