We always go to Panda Express due to the food being fresh with vegetables. All the food is healthy and delicious. The portions are excellent; the prices reasonable. We love the service. Prompt and the servers move quickly with our orders. We enjoy the fruit choice beverages, etc. The atmosphere is clean and enjoyable. Great job Panda Express. We will always come back.

I went to Panda Express for dinner with my partner expecting to be full after the end. We ordered a plate and a bowl. I get that it was the end of the night but seriously? They hardly put any meat on either plate/bowl. I use to work at Panda Express so I do understand the portion control on the meat but 4 pieces of orange chicken for a bowl is insane, unreasonable and they were small. Similarly, the plate fell short of expectations. The insufficient quantity and quality of food, coupled with the $20 price point, left me disappointed, upset, and still hungry. And the fortune cookies were smashed in pieces. Very disappointed and want a refund.

Panda Express? Yeah, it consistently delivers. We're talking a convenient meal that pretty much always hits the spot, so it's snagging a solid four out of five stars in my book. Honestly, it's my absolute go-to when I'm craving quick, flavorful Chinese-American comfort food – because sometimes, you just need that sweet, sweet Orange Chicken.
Speaking of which, the Orange Chicken is, of course, a classic for a reason – perfectly crispy, sweet, and tangy. It's basically a culinary hug. I'm also a big fan of the Beijing Beef, which offers a nice kick.Their Kung Pao Chicken and Green Bean Chicken are also fantastic choices; they bring great flavor and a satisfying texture to the party.
The service is typically fast and efficient, even when it looks like the entire city decided to get their Panda fix at the same time. And the staff? Generally friendly, which is always a plus. The restaurant is usually clean, and the whole cafeteria-style setup makes it ridiculously easy to see exactly what deliciousness you're about to commit to.
My only minor quibble is that despite the name, they do not, in fact, serve or sell actual panda.
Ordered through their App on the drive over from across town. Ordered a 2 item plate (chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken). It was ready 5 minutes before the expected time. When I got there the restaurant was pretty busy with dine-in and drive-thru customers. Had to wait a few minutes for a diner to pay for their food and another person in front of me who was picking up an order. The lady who helped me was very nice. Order was ready as the App told me. Pretty good experience this visit, but overall service and food quality is hit and miss at this location.

Nice customer service, but the crunchy orange chicken doesn't work. I'm sure it's being fried too long.. yikes..

Fast, fresh, friendly staff!
Juan is a pro team member. He cleaned the lobby after a rush and it was spotless in seconds. Then he hopped on register and cashed people out in such a fluid manner switching between tasks. He really knows how to stay busy.
Keep up the great work guys everything was perfect, I’m happy to keep coming back here.

Been here twice since the re open and the food is awful Idk if there's new cooks or if they changed how they cook the food but both times the noodles were extremely undercooked and tasteless and the orange chicken my serving had cold pieces very dry. both times i went around 8pm
the Fairfield location on North Texas is way better
