We put in an order for 60 meals - I was delivering dinner to a youth theater rehearsal - and the manager and staff had every single order done correctly, done on time, and helped me carry the food out to my car. We were very pleased with their service.
Just had such a great experience! We went just before 7pm and it was pretty busy with the dinner crowd. They apologized for the wait which really wasn’t a problem since we knew it was dinner time but they accommodated my request to change my order because they were out of an item. And they wrote a little note on the box. They really didn’t need to apologize but they definitely went above and beyond!

Today we went through the drive-thru and were told that it would be 5 additional minutes for the Beijing Beef. We ended up waiting 15+ minutes. My husband finally went inside to ask about our food and they had completely forgotten about us.
