This is our normal stop going to sfo. This is almost half way between my home ans sfo.We stop here for a break and have coffee and snacks (sometimes a meal).The coffee is good and they have some nice selections of teas (green honey tea is awesome)They also have a whole wheat bagel.called whole wheat flats (slightly thinner than bagels). Their fresh Baggett is also very nice.Wife loves the squash soupVegetarian options: They have a few options. Mediterranean sandwich and some soups are good. Flat breads are nice too

Had to stop and get me a charge lemonade.Employees were friendly and helpful.Store was clean.Will stop in again when I'm in town.
Ordered the new smoked buffalo chicken melt and it was not good at all. They put so much sauce on that was all you taste. Had a strong Tabasco taste. Was to hot to enjoy. The bread was soggy from the sauce. They should note on the menu that it's hot.

Everytime I order a soup bread bowl to be delivered, they forget the bread bowl. Why? And they sent me a cup of soup. Defeates the whole purpose of the soup. Gave you a second chance an you forgot it 2x's. We order out a lot. Sorry you just lost a customer. 2x,s ordered soup bowls an 2x's I got a cup of soup, no bowl but was charged the bowl price. Never again

Way overpriced for such small margins of food. I got way more soup from Boudin's bread bowl than Panera's by a long shot. Such a shame because the atmosphere and service are great, but if you want more than a snack, go to Boudin instead.

Took a bite of the sandwich and it didn't taste right so i open it. The avocado was BLACK, not a little brown but black. Someone got a black piece of avocado and thought it was good enough to give to customer. Needless to say i threw the sandwich away and wont be ordering again.
All the soups we had were meh. We had chicken noodle, French onion, and Turkey chili. We tried the Turkey avocado, steak and cheese, and tuna. The steak and cheese was pretty good but the others were just ok. The baguette that comes with the meal was cold and stale. The chocolate chip cookies were also hard. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. We spent almost $80 here for 2 adults and 2 kids without drinks! Im

Although waiting in a busy line, she acknowledged and communicated my order would be taken very soon and further she thanked me for me patience!Wow! The food is good but for almost 8$ for a salad I got less than a half cup of lettuce. It's just sad that they skimp on the food and charge so much. I guess it's just who is working that day because some days I come in and it looks like the picture and more often no it looks like the bowl is over taking the salad I just gotta stop coming here.

Ordered 3 soups with bread bowls last weekend to go. Received a pathetic amount of soup, especially considering how much they charge. Didn't even cover the head of the spoon. Registered a complaint with their corporate office, nearly immediately heard back from a Crystal, apologizing and requesting more details which I provided. However that was a week ago today, with no follow up response back. Disappointing and I won't be back!Ryan
