Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Pizza 1 ... ordered no green peppers... no tomatoes, no mushrooms ..
.receipt showed no for all three.....
pizza arrived with all three on it....
Pizza 2 ... ordered pineapple, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives, zucchini
.receipt showed pineapple, zucchini, chrispy bacon
Pizza arrived with chrispy bacon, pineapple, no zucchini, no olives, no mushrooms

So wasnt worth the $61.00!!

Previously have always gotten exactly as order...

It was an easy ordering experience and pickup was very quick. The order was ready when I got there. The quality of employees and pizzas has greatly improved since over a year ago when I went and got turned off of using Papa Murphys. I've been impressed since the turn over of staff at how much cleaner the building is inside, the friendliness of staff and the quick service.

fSo they were out of olives mushrooms atrtichokes then I order two pizzas one is a two topping and since they didn’t have the ingredients for a combination Iwas given an all meat.I cooked the pepperoni and I called because the crust not only didn’t rise but there was something off with the crust taste .I called to say the pizza was bad and the girl said I could drive back and give me a new one I said that is clear across town and then I have to recook the pizza then she says well thanks for letting me know …Hangup. Terrible never complained before but this was TERRIBLE.

And then he tells me..."Hey, since you're coming over to Cowtown anyway why don't you stop at the Papa Murphy's Pizza shop and grab us a large pizza, I'll call it in, it'll be ready when you get there"I must have the stingiest friends out there, because every damn one of them spends my money like it's going out of style. Ol Harvard Baskethead my pal from the olden days was no exception, but it's okay. And you know what....Nothing says..it's nice to see you better than when you hand them a pizza when they open the door. Papa Murphy's pizza is a 5 star joint. ☆☆☆☆☆

Wow!! I guess this is a new age. I understand there is a shortage of workers and being patient is always required. What I didn’t realize is we are supposed to pay super high prices for whatever standard of product the establishment wishes to provide us and keep our mouth shut about it!!! So here is the story…I ordered a pizza and was watching the young lady make my pizza…she put all the items on the pizza without measuring or weighing, which I saw but said nothing. When she began to wrap it without 2 of the items the pizza needed….I spoke up..I was polite and not rude. She then grabbed a small handful of one of the ingredients and threw it on the pizza and I said if you are going to eyeball it and not measure it you are gonna need to put a little more. As she reached for another handful, I said I understand the eyeballing but when you do that you always have to err on the side of the customer. Then a guy from the back spoke up asking if I wanted a refund…Confused I said I don’t want a refund, to which he responded well then stop running. I said stop running what? He responds…you know…and for awhile I honestly didn’t, but then it dawned on me he meant my mouth. I said I wasn’t running my mouth and was simply stating that items were not being measured and I had a right to say so. Again he asked if I wanted a refund….which brings me to my first comment…I guess we are just supposed to accept whatever product they want to serve or we can get a refund..no standard….no exception of a standard and no ability to ask for a standard because we can just get a refund ? Ohhh and when I asked for his name..his was response was..get out of here! Keep in mind…I was polite the entire time….so in a time where customers are being asked to show grace to the overextended workers….do they not have any expectation to provide service to the paying customers!
