Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Papa Murphy’s is hands down my favorite place for take-and-bake pizza. The ingredients are always fresh, the crust is perfect every time, and the customization options mean everyone in my family gets exactly what they want. I love that I can pick it up, take it home, and enjoy a hot, fresh pizza straight from my own oven—it feels homemade without all the work! The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the prices are great for the quality you get. Whether it’s a weeknight dinner or a weekend treat, Papa Murphy’s never disappoints.

My family had the worst pizza from PaPa Murphy's. We each had a piece, and we threw the pizza in the garbage. The manager was not nice and the company must have changed the recipe because it tasted like flour and lard. The only nice thing about my visit was I will not go back to PaPa Murphy in Vacaville.

Can't go wrong with Papa Murpheys. The online ordering is super easy and you can choose a later pick up time. The toppings are fresh and were distributed evenly. Loved the stuffed crust! Staff is always friendly and definitely takes pride in preparing the food.

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza BUT THIS location specifically I have had multiple customer service issues at. Specifically with the associate working the counter tonight 4/24/25. I understand that it may be a little inconvenient to have customers come in during that 30 minute window before closing but at the end of the day the restaurant is NOT closed so having an attitude, barely speaking and slamming things because I come in to order in that window is extremely unnecessary. Not to mention, from 8pm-8:10 (They close at 8:30) I called the restaurant numerous of times to order over the phone but they didn’t answer, forcing me to order inside the restaurant when I got there at 8:15pm. So - IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PEOPLE COMING IN NEAR CLOSING TIME AND POTENTIALLY LOSING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF YOUR FUNKY ATTITUDE THEN ANSWER THE PHONES SO THE ORDER IS ALREADY DONE AT 8:15 INSTEAD OF HAVING TO START IT AT THAT TIME. And TO ADD, I paid for extra pepperoni and the pizza not only doesn’t have that but it was made sloppy because AGAIN he had an attitude and was slamming things around. It’s unprofessional and plain rude. @Management needs to do something about this.

It was an easy ordering experience and pickup was very quick. The order was ready when I got there. The quality of employees and pizzas has greatly improved since over a year ago when I went and got turned off of using Papa Murphys. I've been impressed since the turn over of staff at how much cleaner the building is inside, the friendliness of staff and the quick service.

fSo they were out of olives mushrooms atrtichokes then I order two pizzas one is a two topping and since they didn’t have the ingredients for a combination Iwas given an all meat.I cooked the pepperoni and I called because the crust not only didn’t rise but there was something off with the crust taste .I called to say the pizza was bad and the girl said I could drive back and give me a new one I said that is clear across town and then I have to recook the pizza then she says well thanks for letting me know …Hangup. Terrible never complained before but this was TERRIBLE.

Amazing staff, I’ve always loved the FNY I hope it never leaves!! Store has been looking a lot cleaner than my visit a year ago, I hope they keep it up!
