This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I am completely flabbergasted. My mom went into this Peet’s and asked for a specific drink, she has dietary restrictions and has created a drink that is simple to make and there has never been an issue at any other location. This drink has only four ingredients but the employees and who I believe to be the manager made it a horrible experience and we will never go back. I hope these people get fired. We went into this location on January 1st at 3pm and tried to order a mocha with espresso, Splenda,cocoa powder, and non fat milk. He first said that they don’t do custom drink orders. THIS IS A COFFEE SHOP! She ordered her drink as a sugar free chocolate mocha, and explained that she would tell them how to make it. the male trainee at the register cut my mom off and said “we can’t do that, we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. We said that’s totally fine, I’ll let you know how we like it made without the syrup. At this time a women walked up and asked if there was a problem. My mom said no, then explained what she was asking for. The manager also cut her off before she got the chance to tell them how to make the drink by saying “we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. Once they let her finish her sentence she proceeded to say that they only have a little bit of cocoa powder left, so they weren’t able to give it to her just incase “someone might want to order a drink with this”. YES, US! After questioning her she finally begrudgingly made the drink, with a horrible attitude, rolling her eyes.

I stop here to charge my car at EVGo. Quite convenient to walk inside, use and use the facilities.

Pete's has a tasty Vegan sandwitch 🥪 which I enjoy along with an Americano made with oat milk.

The staff has always been quite friendly and accommodating.

A good refill stop on many levels!

It was really good and I recommend this

My English isn’t very good, and I had a small issue with my order this Sunday morning. The staff working this Sunday morning were super attentive and helped me solve everything. On top of that, the coffee is absolutely delicious. Kudos to the Sunday morning team!
