Honestly, Peet’s has always been one of my favorite coffee shops in town, and I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to all the associates for doing such an incredible job, especially during the busy holiday season. You all work so hard to ensure every customer is happy, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

A special thank you to KJ for making my birthday 🎉🎂 drink absolutely delicious! I came up with my own concoction, and it turned out just as I had imagined 🍵😋🤗. Also, the gentleman who rang up my drink was so patient with me as I asked a million questions about the syrups and sugar content..your kindness really made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Dietary restrictions: I have to watch my sugars and I can't have dairy I like that they have dairy free milk and sugar free matcha powder.

So I've done the Dunkin Doughnuts thing on the east coast, totally did the Starbucks thing so it was time for Peet's and let me tell you that it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my coffee! I had a Havana Late which was fabulous with a scone! I sat their enjoyed the ambiance and do what I normally do which is work, read and people watch. Staff was very ni e which just added go my pleasure ?. I will come around more each and every time I come up for work!

The coffee was watered down, my drink sat in an odd place near the counter and nobody notified me that it was even ready. On a positive note they take orders fast and efficiently however their fulfillment of said orders is dismal at best. Will choose somewhere else to grab my coffee next time.

Overheard the cashier gossiping about a customer with a service dog. The cashier then proceeded to walk over to the customer and said: “We don’t allow dogs, so move it on out of here.” *Cringe*

Perhaps the staff needs training on guest/customer professionalism.

They also closed the bathrooms 10 minutes before closing. Strange policies at this location…
