For my family of 7 its hard to find a place we ALL LOVE. There's a lot of Mexican food options in Vacaville but this one is our FAVORITE. We have been eating here for over 20 years and we will not stop. One lady walked by after my family was done eating and asked me if my kids licked their plates clean. (They didn't BUT it looked as if they did, they used chips and scooped every drop of food up they could. Nothing was left behind.) It sounds crazy but my husband even drinks the salsa. He loves it.Ok so ... the FOOD is GOOD, the service is GREAT, most people have been working there for a long time and that says something, they remember the orders and what we like, their all friendly. I will say the atmosphere inside is a little older style its not modern or anything but its not a bad thing.Last Sunday I told some friends to eat there, she has 3 boys, she told me after they all loved it. Just go and try it!

I wanted to love this place but instead was shocked by the employees bad behavior. Two females running the cash register who engaged in profanity laced tirade with a female customer. I truly feared they would become physical. I cannot believe the owner would want these type of women working there. I will not be returning there and would recommend staying clear of this place as long as employees are allowed to behave so badly. Very disturbing!

Today was my last time picking up food from this place. The last few times I've called in, I've had to wait over 25 minutes for my food. Whenever I walk in I'm never greeted by employees or anything and have to get their attention when they're just standing there. The time before last when I ordered the female employee gave me so much attitude after I'm the one who had to wait extra time for my order. I wanted to come back and retaliate so bad but I'm working on myself lol. I tried to give them one more chance today and once again the same exact thing. Avoid this mediocre place at all cost.
Used to love this place, went frequently until staff decided to approach me in a disrespectful manner. Tried to charge me a 15% gratuity , claiming the last few times I was present I did not tip waitresses when in fact I tip every time. Was told If I didn't pay the gratuity I was no longer allowed to come back. Lady came off aggressive and rude. Even tho I tipped EVERYTIME . Tips are supposed to be paid based on service , and are not required which is another reason I found the way I was approached highly disappointing. Highly do no recommend given that I was a regular and treated this way. They have a military discount but don't appreciate military.
